+ -1 moreThe workmanship appears to be excellent and the enclosure is beautiful. Chris was on site every day and did much of the work with only one helper. He is polite, friendly and easy to work with. He left the worksite clean and did not damage any of our property. The work is exactly as agreed at the start., and his price was considerably lower than all the others we received. The only negative with Chris is that he was not as aggressive with getting the job completed as I would have liked, starting work mid morning and taking long (sometimes 2 hour) mid afternoon breaks, although he did wok fairly late in the evenings. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Screened in covered patio. Added two screen doors. Extended outdoor space beyond covered area and put on a screened roof. It is a large outdoor room that has become a favorite living space for the family. Mosquito free!!!
