Julio always responded very quickly. Kept his word. Very fair price. His guys did a great job. He communicates very clearly. Very nice , clean job. Very personable as well. Highly recommend.

We used Julio before for a roof repair from Hurricane Irene. We were so impressed, we knew we'd ask him back to do our roof when we redid the whole thing. We got quotes from a couple other roofers too. Julio and team weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. And we knew that we could trust him to show up on time, finish the work on time, and leave the place looking better than when he started, so we went with All Over Exterior. We were set to be out of town for a few days, but Julio knew the price of the materials would go up before we got back, so he arranged for us to purchase them all before we left, and had them delivered before we left as well, to save us a few pennies. True to form, Julio and team arrived exactly as they said, early in the morning. The roofing was done by about 4 p.m., including new gutters for the entire house, and clean up. A few things to speak on - We had an old plant hanger attached to the siding that was put there by the previous owners. It wasn't in great shape. The removal of the shingles caused it to come loose. Julio insisted on replacing it, and put in a much nicer one than was there before. Julio asked if I had a power washer. I did. His team ended up powerwashing the entire exterior of our house! He's just that kind of guy. He wants the place to look better than it did when he started. I don't think that's the norm by any means, but wow, was it nice of him. Julio had his team spray paint all the roof vents to match the new ones he put in. Totally unnecessary in terms of requirements for them to work, but it's important to the All Over Exterior team that everything match and look new. I have to admit, it looks fantastic. The roof looks fantastic. It's better than we ever hoped. Our utility bill has already gone down a few dollars, and the house seems much better ventilated. We would recommend All Over Exterior to anyone. They are excellent.

I called All Over Exterior Remodeling after having them come up on an Angie's List search. I was getting desperate. We still had damage to our roof line, siding, and roof shingles from Hurricane Irene, which occurred last August. After months and months of dealing with local-to-my-town and very popular roofer who refused to return phone calls or emails, didn't show up when promised, etc., I was ready to just get this work done, no matter the cost. I am SO glad I called Julio and crew. He showed up the same day I called him to give me an estimate, within about 2 hours, and exactly when he said he would be there. That's the first time that's happened to me - ever - when it concerns a contractor. Julio and I went over the work to be done, and had a very straightforward conversation. We need a new roof - we know, it's old - but can't afford it now. Julio didn't try to pressure me into a new roof, just said "Know that it's going, Amber", and proceeded to go over the work that would be done. First, Julio did an excellent job matching the colors of both siding and shingles, even though both shingles and siding have long since been discontinued. Secondly, the cost for Julio and team was *half* what we were quoted by the original roofer. After assessing the work and agreeing on the price, I asked when they could start work, expecting at least a few days' delay. No no, Julio and team would be here the next day, bright and early. And that they were. They showed up around 9, right when he said they would. They completed ALL the work in about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up AS they went, picking up every bit of debris that fell from the roof, even leaf blowing the dirt they knocked on the ground. Only one side of the fascia board needed replacing, the team did both sides so they would match without even asking. Only about 2 feet of shingles needed replacing along the roof line, the team did the entire roof line so it would all match. They pulled siding from the back of the house for the front where it needed replacing so that it would be a perfect match, and then replaced the siding on the back of the house with the newer siding - but I have to tell you, I can't even tell where they pulled from. It matches that perfectly. It is SO nice to have my house back to normal, pre-Irene condition. I could not be happier that those other guys never called me back, because from now on, it's All Over Exterior Remodeling for us. It's clear that Julio knows exactly what he's doing, and so do all his guys. They know what is important to a homeowner - punctuality, cleanliness, timeliness, and going the extra mile. You get it all with these guys.
