 + -1 moreInitial contact response was prompt. Base for control box poured , left to dry and returned two days later to install box and swing arm. Upon completion one access panel was non functional so we had to order. Access panel was installed today and programmed . Gate is working well.
Description of Work: Installed rebuilt control box with swing arm pulse access box. Supplied two remotes and was able to purchase additional remotes.

 + -1 moreNot worth the effort to try and use them. They are impossible to reach.
Description of Work: Allen and Bianca (?) are just hopeless. I used them in the past but you can never reach them, they never return phone calls and have some answering service answer their phone calls who is no help at all.

 + 3 moreCompany never leaves notice via phone, voice mail, or email when they have repaired something and that it is now working. We have no documentation proving that work has been done and equipment has been provided. Company just sends us a bill and expects payment. Company now claims, some 10 months after initial installation that the gate and posts are sub-standard, but has never mentioned that fact before. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor management. We do not recommend them and will find another gate opener provider to service this gate and future gates. We feel the equipment should have lasted more than 10 months without replacing, so either the equipment is defective, or installed incorrectly, or the company should have told us there would be problems. Email response from the owner(s) claims we don't know electronic equipment and we probably are not right. Bad attitude.
Description of Work: Company replaced the exit sensor in the gravel driveway on entry gate which has been there for only 9 months with no reason that it failed and we have been billed over $500. Company replaced the electronic equipment and surge protector a few months ago claiming a lightning/power surge caused it, which the surge suppressor should have stopped. This gate opener & electronic equipment it has only been installed for 10 months and most of the equipment has been replaced and we have been billed for it.
