He went overboard to contact the manufacturer to determine warranty coverage... The previous homeowners did not register the unit. Franchises actions saved us several hundred dollars because he got the manufacturer to supply a replacement coil. Repairs were made very quickly. I would definitely recommend Air Therm...

Air Therm exceeded our expectations and they have the highest professional attitude, and over 30 years experience. Telis is the owner and has excellant attention to detail and quality, and Francis, his right hand man, does it right the first time. My neighbor recommended Air Them to me.
