Cecil showed up within 1 1/2 hours of the time I called him and had our A/C working again within a hour of arriving on a SATURDAY!!! He had to wait until Tuesday to come back with the part we needed to complete the repair, but he kept me updated with pricing and timing every day! I know great customer service when I see it and I will jump at the chance to refere business his way! Thank you Cecil for an awesome job! You are the best!
