See above. A waste of time, money and frustration. I left a list of what my computer was doing. When I received it back, only a couple of things were changed. I called to tell them and the tech told me he didn't understand my list. I told him he should have called me.
Description of Work: Cheap is right. $100 for nothing. I called to say computer was not fixed and confirmed their open times so I could take it back; I advised them I would be there within a couple of hours. When I arrived, no one was there. I left two messages and received no return phone call. They are incompetent thieves.

Sorry you feel this way [member name removed]. As far as the repairs to your computer, it is our job to diagnose the problem, and then repair. Your computer was heavily infected with viruses, behind on several updates, and had many critical errors in your core windows files. We removed all viruses, installed all updates, repaired windows errors, installed and configured anti virus so you will never have to worry about manually scanning again( will help prevent you from having to visit us), and cleaned up your startup.. This repaired your computer. Now, your list included lots of personal settings that has nothing to do with repairing your computer. However, we made a great effort to honor all of your personal request on your list that had nothing to do with repairing your pc. Some of the list we did not understand because proper terms were not uses, which we underdstand because you are not a tech. We were looking foward to you picking up the pc to make sure everything was to your liking, however you sent someone else. The person that picked up your pc, we went through everything with him and showed him what was done. We browsed the internet to show better speeds, and also demonstated the new virus protection. He was satisfied. Even though personal settings are not part of repairing a computer, we will do what's necessary to make you happy. Please drop off whenever you like. Their customer service is nice and they are very helpful. And the price was not too bad.
Description of Work: They helped me out when I had issues with viruses. They also added memory to my PC.
