They fixed the air conditioner and did it correctly, whereas another company tried to charge me $6000 to fix it. I really like them. They were really responsive. They figured out a way to repair it without replacing it.

Duct work was old and deteriorating, ACS came in and provided me with options to upgrade to a more efficient duct work system, better air flow into the home. They also reinstalled the duct work in a way to open up the attic to allow for future room additions in that area! They were very profressional, very patient with all the questions that I had during the installation process. They removed all the old duct from attic, and were very careful when working inside the home. Replacing the duct was not cheap, but the savings in electricity have already started to pay off!

I was extremely unhappy with their service and felt very taken advantage of. I requested seasonal maintenance, was told by company that would be around $90, when all was said and done, I was charged $190. Was told the $90 was just to "look" at the system, price did not include any cleaning or actual maintenance of the system. That was charged on top of the $90. I was then told I needed very costly repairs to my system. When I got a second opinion, I was told none of those things needed to be done and none of the things I had paid for had been done by ACS. My units were both still dirty, and the coils had not been checked. I will never use their service again.
