I contacted this contractor after reading their reviews. I liked the way the?conversation went and how the owner, Rusty, understood my needs and had suggestions on how to get what I wanted. I met the contractor at their workshop to pick out granite and to ensure we were on the same page. Rusty also came to my house to get final measurements - to make sure we were getting what we wanted.? Rusty and his installer showed up on time and were done by when they said they would be done by. They put the caulking in to match the paint and sealed with silicone. I'm very happy with how it turned out - of course my only regret is that I didn't call them sooner! I felt the price was appropriate and I would use him again.

Work was done quickly and professionally. He forgot to bring vacuum attachment to the circular saw he used when cutting the countertop which caused a lot of dust to fly around. That caused some extra clean that might not have been as lengthy. Overall I was very satisfied with the final results. He was pleasant to talk to and gave me references to other work I needed done.

Rusty scheduled my initial consultation fairly quickly after first contact and came to our house to take measurements, etc. ?He provided the name and location of his regular materials provider and stated he would prepare his labor bid for me later that day. ?Since Rusty was so friendly and professional, I felt like I could trust him to do a good job, so I went straight to the slab warehouse right after he left to pick out the material. ?I then called him with that information, so he could prepare a specific bid. ?He e-mailed the bid a few hours later, and we were under contract the same day! ?I mentioned that we'd like to have the counters installed as soon as possible, and he took steps to keep me posted of cancellations so he could move me up in the line. ?His team then installed the counter tops about 1.5 weeks after I ordered them. ?The two-man crew was also polite, professional, punctual, and tidy. ?They did a great job tearing out the old counter tops and installing the new ones. ?I am very pleased by this whole transaction and would wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Everything went exactly as Rusty said it would. He gave me a few references and they only had great things to say about the job Rusty's crew did for them. At my house they were in and out in two days and my kitchen is beautiful. They arrived when they said they would, which is really something this day and time.
