 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the service James Troutz provided. The newly installed doors look like they've always been there. The repairs he did were also seamless. He was always on time and had a very pleasant demeanor. He really knows how to treat a customer. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Installed two new bathroom doors where there were previously none. Repaired water damaged ceiling. Patched hole in ceiling sheetrock. Repaired crown molding.

 + -1 moreNow any time we need something done, we contact James. He works great. He is clean, efficient, and truly professional. He is honest and trustworthy man of true integrity and great talented craftsman. Since we lost my Mom in January of 2011, I have had him back four different times trying to improve the house slowly. Beside the Great experience with the AC unit, he has been out two more times for quotes on work that needs to be taken care of. One of these issues was that I had a roof leak that resulted in a hole in the front bathroom. The insurance adjuster said that there was no leak, that the house was "settling". James came out the next week and told me that the insurance adjuster was not right, it was a leak. He wanted to be there the next time this adjuster came out so that he could point out what the issue was. The insurance adjuster came back and I got the claim and got the roof fixed. He is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend James Troutz and his work.
Description of Work: My brother originally recommended James Troutz to do some work at our Mom's house about 6-7 years ago. Now any time we need something done, we contact James. The first time he came to the house after we lost my Mom, he put an Air Conditioner in my front bedroom in the wall. He cut the opening in the wall, installed the window unit, put in a frame, sealed up the AC. Within a month, that AC unit quit working, when the replacement unit came back in - he did the whole thing over again. Never asking for another payment - even though the "dead AC" wasn't his fault. He cleaned up the bedroom so that I couldn't see anything when I came home.
