They did a terrific job and I was very impressed with out experience. I would highly recommending them to anyone needing HVAC service and/or replacement.

We contacted Killen Air via email because our a/c had stopped cooling and Jackie promptly replied and set up an appointment for us. Bryon came out and was on time and very professional. He accessed our 12 year old unit and determined we a had a large hole in our coil and gave us a price to repair the unit or replace the unit. Because the unit was 12 years old we decided to spend a little more money and have the unit replaced. The quote to replace the unit was less than we expected which was a very pleasant surprise. Juan and his crew came out and were 5 minutes early and they too were very professional. They replaced our old unit and were done with the entire job within about 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and did a terrific job. The new unit is much more energy efficient than our 12 year old unit so I expect the new unit will pay for itself in lower utility bills. We definitely recommend Jackie and Bryon and their team if you need any heating and air conditioning work done.

Terrible. ! The wife refuses to hear my complaint & actually hung up on me, in the middle of my call when i attempted to explain the situation & request compensation. She is not a tech herself, & this is not my only complaint about the reputability of this company, but I won't waste any more time on here.

They were prompt and friendly and explained any issue that we had in terms that I could understand. Clean I didn't have to clean up after them.

I like them pretty well. I think they did a thorough check and gave me a fair price. The technician is very friendly and helpful.

Superb. Called at 3:30 and Ray was at my house by 7:30 pm. He found that we had blown a capacitor. He checked our freon levels and had our air conditioning working within 10 minutes.

They have visited us and maintenanced our AC for 3+ years now and have always been reliable, on-time and caring. It's nice to have a company like this available to keep us heated and cooled when we need it.

After determining our A/C (heat pump) needed replacing, called Killenair office on 7/27, talked to Jackie, and she scheduled us for an installation on the following afternoon, 7/28. Juan, and his installation crew arrived shortly after 1 p.m. and worked tirelessly through the heat of the afternoon and removed old equipment and installed a new Trane air handling unit in our very HOT attic and a new heat pump outside. They were very polite and professional and finished the job and had us cooling down by 6 p.m. Can't thank them enough.

This company is responsive, their service people polite and I suspect their prices are more than reasonable. Two long distance trips to assess and repair along with a major part at $700 seemed very reasonable. Despite my thinking the AC unit was out of warranty the service rep took extra time to confirm that with the manufacturer. We will use this company again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Ray was punctual and professional. Checked our entire system. Heat pump had stopped producing cold air. Found a bad capacitor on the outside unit. Replaced it. However after a few minutes of producing cold air, it quit again. He rechecked everything and recommended replacing the unit. We have used Killenair for all our HVAC service for 3 years. Bryon, the owner, is very honest, fair, and reasonable. They had replaced the capacitor about 2 years ago, hoping to make our system last longer. We have also had annual check up/inspections done, and had our duct work replaced by Killenair. Each time, whether it was Bryon or another technician, they were knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company.

I don't want to be rude to anyone but I have to say to all potential customers who are reading this review to decide if they want use this company...you are just plain crazy if you use anyone other than Kiillenair!! This company is honest, reliable and goes sooo above and beyond for their customers. In fact I've never in my life seen such a high level of customer service, anywhere. Thanks you, thank you, thank you to Bryon and Jackie!! Thank you for putting our need for air conditioning comfort in the heat above your own needs!

Good knowledge and professional

The first tech that came out was very professional and checked everything and said that I would get a call and he would come back. I never got the call and couldn't reach Killenair either. Left multiple voice messages. I called my home warranty to help and they coordinated it with killenair to come out again. This gentleman was very nice as well and apologetic about the previous issue/no response. Everything went well and he gave a lot of very good advice. I will request them again when I go through my home warranty.

I highly recommend this place ! We have used them several times now and they really are the best . We finally had to purchase new units and would not have let anyone but Bryon and his crew install them . Not only are they extremely honest and dependable but they are really good with the BEST prices ! They also have Jackie in the office who ALWAYS returns calls and helps out however she can ! Thank you all ! We are very satisfied customers !!!

First they were open on a Saturday which was great. The A/C was not cooling. I called them Saturday morning and they was able to come that day. The technician within the scheduled time frame, Found the issue and replaced the parts within an hour and a half. Very please with their performance.

Ductwork had come loose in attic and warm air was escaping. Killenair was prompt and professional. Fair price. I would use them again.

We have a home warranty policy and Killenair was called to handle the problem. Our upstairs unit was not pumping out cold air. They responded the same day and resolved the problem. They also replaced the second capacitor on the second unit as this was running very hot and would probably not last much longer according to the technician. Joe was very professional, polite and took care of the problems for us. He arrived around 5:00 pm and checked everything out for us just to be sure there was not anything else that needed fixing or replacing. I highly recommend Killenair to fix any AC or heating needs!

Jacquelyn Killen was very pleasant and understanding when we called on Monday, June 23, 2014 to request service. She checked previously scheduled appointments and said she would call us back asap to let us know how quickly she could work us into technician's calendar . As promised she returned call in less than an hour and stated that Brian would come by first thing Tuesday morning to look at our system to evaluate why AC system was not cooling. Brian, the service professional, arrived as scheduled, was courtesy, evaluated our air conditioning systems interior fans / exchange systems and outdoor units. He found a simple electrical problem that could be easily addressed, made the repairs, offered maintenance suggestion and didn't try to over sale us on unnecessary parts, service or upgrades. We are completely satisfied with our experience with this company and we will use them for annual inspections and any future maintenance needs.

They came and provided great service. When we had an issue, they were able to come and fix it. They are dependable and come when I need them to come. They seem to know about my unit.

If I remember correctly, it went really well. They seemed honest and fair and I didn't have any problems with them.

Bryan came out within 2 hours after we called him to look at our AC ! He showed up at the time we were promised and had the best rates . We called several places that couldn't even get to us since it was the wknd ! He fixed our AC and even went over other AC issues that could help ! Very nice and honest man ! We would for sure use them again and only them ! 5 stars for sure !
