Other than breaking my ADT sign and not being forthright with the payment plan, they did a good job hooking up the system and returned for repairs two days after install. Wasn't next day repair.

We were out one evening shopping for a new home and stopped into eat dinner. On our way in we noticed a truck and trailer with the banner for Jason's Water on the side and, knowing we would be needing a water softner if we did buy a new home, we took note of the name. While eating our dinner, an older gentleman and we could only guess his son got up to walk outl, and their way by our table, the older gentleman, very nice guy, stopped, looked at me and said "You have a very beautiful family.", smiled and walked out. That made us all smile and as they left, we noticed they were the Jason's Water guys! So we did eventually buy a new home and JW was the first call we made. The younger Montgomery, Michael, came out to our home to explain everything to us. There was no pressure, no bashing competitors, nothing like that. He showed how his product compared to all the others, compared pricing, and based on the size of our home and water usage, showed us what we needed. He didn't try to sell us the biggest, most expensive softener he had. After that, he left his card, and wished us all a blessed day and went on his way. After a few days, we decided to go with JW. They scheduled the install around our schedule and even offered to come out on a Sunday to do it. We eventually scheduled for late one evening after work. The two showed up on time, quickly did the installation, gave us a rundown of how the equipment operates, and chatted for a good while while the water regeneration completed. They were both very professional and courteous and had some good "back in the day" type stories to tell. When they left we knew we had made the right decision would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I knew the water in San Antonio was hard and we wanted a water softener system when we bought a house. Jason's Water System was recommended to us by our builder's superintendent, so we scheduled a meeting with Jason Montgomery. Mr. Montgomery was prompt and courteous. He explained how his system worked and educated us on plumbing code flow rates which another company's rep didn't mention. He showed up copies of literature from his competitors and pointed out that in the fine print of their literature their products do not meet plumbing codes resulting in hard water "bleeding through the water treatment unit, negating the benefits of soft water." We chose to have Jason's Water System installed and were able to have it installed the same day. They even included a spigot so that my husband can hook up a garden hose to wash our cars with soft water.

Everything was great. The gentleman was very honest and did excellent work.
