After we Okayed the bid, we called several times to coordinate the beginning of the job. The start date/time was elusive. Finally on Saturday afternoon, they said they would start 1st thing Sunday morning. NO, we are in church. Showed up Sunday @ 2pm, left 6pm Final job on roof is not what we were expecting. Said they would work with us on their estimate since home insurance would not cover, and several verbal comments about the bid was high, we will reduce our price. Time to pay=Full price.

Guys were quick and made a point of fitting us in before rain.
