Very well. A minor problem was identified and fixed, and i was given a good estimate for electrical service that I might like to have done in the future.

This company did nothing...therefore, I wasted my money.

Fine, work was good and it is completed.

Had them come out to my house on two separate occasions. The first time they were only able to install part of the job before it got to be late - 730ish. They returned 3 weeks later to finish the job. this time a hole that was cut into my ceiling exposed a rafter, a new hole was drilled for the light and the first hole was never prepared. I've not left a review for quite some time giving them plenty of opportunities to come back and make their work right. time and time again appointments were made to finish the work but no one would show. I took 2 separate days off of work for this work to be done, both times they did not show up. I was also informed by the installer that the job did not come with a dimmer switch. Overall this was a terrible experience. In addition to all of this, I paid more at the time of installation because apparently the "deal" was not for ceilings with sheetrock and was for new construction - I paid more for a "remodel". I don't have pictures to attach now but contact me and I'll be glad to provide them.

It didn't!! i have been trying for 3 months to get them to come out and perform services paid for. Three different occasions three cancellations. 2 times the day before and the third time 20 minutes before. And when I said I wanted refund. The response was to thru Angie's list. Don't put your self On Angie's list and not render service. Apparently they re not capable of handling what they say they can.

Arrived on time. They noted that the pre-wired boxes for the fans were only nailed in, but should be screwed in. They stated that this was code, but checking with the county, they could not find code that specifically stated that, but felt that it would be what they would recommend.

The electrician came in and immediately began to complain that he could not do this and that. He stated that this job was for new install and not remodel. Spent more time saying why he could not do the job and no solution offered. Then his coworker came in (thank God) and we at least got two lights installed. The 1st guy charged me a extra $100 for material. Then I had to repair the hole he put in my ceiling; another $90. Total job cost $530 and only got 2 out of four lights. I did not argue, I just wanted them out of the house! Horrible experience. First time using Angies List and will be my last!

The response from office personnel was excellent. However, when he arrived he was therefor about 15 mins. The information provided was to contact his office for a return visit for repairs.

Good. The reason the outdoor outlet wasn't working was due to a gfi outlet not wired to proper coding

Weldon and Rick did a great job on my electrical, and landscaping Lights Very professorial made some good Suggestion on my lighting around my Shed and my pond turn out very beautiful.

This was an Angie's List Deal - 2 hours of electrical work for $99. (2 electricians for 1 hour). 2 electricians with one being an apprentice showed up to do the work/deal. Additional work was charged at $89 per hour. The project took longer than expected. It took a little time to explain what I wanted done before they started and (1 hour) time started when the electricians arrived. I provided what I thought was all required parts to install outlets and extend light. Unfortunately I didn't have all the right parts for conduit and 1 outlet. The electrician had to go to Home Depot to get the right parts as he didn't have any in his work vehicle. I was only charged for parts what it cost the electrician to purchase parts. The projects were completed and areas cleaned up.

Not timely. His work was good, but his employee's work was not.

Angie's List deal was $79 for ceiling fan install. Deal did not state anything about added cost for high ceiling install. First appointment was rescheduled by ASCT, LLC. Upon the request of Doris at ASCT, I sent her a picture of the living room / ceiling with the existing fan to be replaced so they would know what equipment to bring. At second appointment, Smitty and crew walked into my home said he would have to charge me an additional $60 fee because they would have to rent scaffolding. After already paying the initial $79 deal online and having to take time off from work to accommodate ASCT and their lack of equipment planning, they brought in a 14ft ladder (which they didn't have to rent scaffolding after all) and were able to installl the new ceiling fan. Angie's List shoud have had verbiage in the online deal stating that high ceiling fan install would be an additional $60. While putting up with multiple delays and equipment excuses, overall I do feel I received a fair price for the amount of work and resources needed to do the work. I will always support a small business and appreciate the hard work and effort that Smitty and his crew displayed on this job. Always room for improvement though. Thank you for the work! The fan looks and works great!

Smitty not only was on time, they called to see if he could come early. He found that the ceiling fan on our deck had not been installed correctly by the home builder and did not meet code. He and his crew installed the correct box before putting in new fan. He also installed a fan in our loft which had apparently suffered an electrical short and could have caused significant problem.

We were disappointed because our appointment had to be rescheduled from Friday to Monday. However, Smitty and his crew arrived promptly at the rescheduled time and he and his crew were very courteous. One of the fans was attached to a very tall ceiling, and they were able to use our ladder to access it. The extra fee for the higher ceiling was very reasonable. They put the fans together from the boxes and installed them quickly. They even swept off my porch to make sure there were no screws or debris left from putting the fans together. We are extremely happy with the work we had done and will definitely use Smitty again in the future!

Very courteous and professional. They did a great job and took less time than I expected. Amazing price and I'll definitely use them again!

Very good, since it was a Moan faucet and was compatible with Plumber's preference.

Smitty and Rick (assistant) arrived on time (actually a little early). They completed all jobs within 3 man hours. The Angie's coupon didn't cover all the work we had done, but we saw how competent they were and asked them to do some additional work. Everything works great! While they were there, an issue came up at our rental house. They went over and resolved that issue for us, too.

Could have gone better. Smitty told us about the issues with switching out the first ceiling. but after he left we noticed a hole in the ceiling near the fan and a ring had become unattached to top of the pole. I spoke with Smitty about it and he did tell us problems with the first ceiling fan but didn't tell us about the hole in the ceiling . He could of been more through in his explanation . He told me twice I would be emailed a receipt and his associate told me once the same thing. I have yet to receive a receipt from the work.

It went well. Arrived on time. Checked the job. Went to get supplies and got right to work. Very professional. Took a little longer then expected due to previous work not up to code.

I was so impressed because 2 gentleman came out on time and, in order to replace the light, they needed to move our granite table which normally take 4 - 5 men. After they finished that project, Smitty looked at our garage outlets and after testing all 3 outlets told us that we did not need to update the 2 outlets since the grounded 3rd outlet was effective in grounding all 3 outlets saving us lots of money and headaches.

The team from ASCT arrived on time, found the outlet to be defective, and replaced it with no muss and no fuss. They were very courteous, knew what they were doing, and we're very professional. I would recommend ASCT for any electrical work requirements.

Not well. The package I purchased was for two hours of electrical labor. Upon scheduling I was told the package would apply to only one hour of labor because two techs would be needed to get into the attic to run wire for the new light fixtures. The owner Smitty and a tech arrived and swapped out four exterior fixtures with the new and worked on my dining room light. No new wires were run for the new flood lights that needed installed. The guys were there for 2.5 hours but both were not working during the entire two and a half hours. Smitty said I would need to schedule the rest of the job, which I did. I took off work for the rescheduled job to complete the light fixtures- Smitty was a no call no show. I called and he said he forgot and was out of town. He said he would call me back to reschedule. I never received a return call. This service was a waste of my time and money.

Took a number of attempts to get a mutually agreed time. However, work was excellent once he got there
