Scott's Manicured Lawns

II posted a job, and was called, by Scotts Manicured Lawns. We met on Sunday, and the were able to start Monday .morning I have about a quarter of an acre, in the backyard that was a mess from my dogs digging and need leveling and paths created. The crew came in and finished in one day! The crew was wonderful, the work perfect, and the price great! I highly recommend them.

Landscaping service is outstanding all materials and drainage system used were completely explained with pictures so that I had a visual view, they took their time, the gravel and stepping stones were neatly placed, all the necessary steps were explained to me and I was given the opportunity to actually see each step upon completion before the next step was started. I have never experienced this level of professionalism and courtesy. Upon the completion of the job everything was washed and old landscape materials along with excess were hauled away. Suggestions were advised for other areas as well. This is truly a top tier company that I will and do recommend for any outdoors project done correctly you will not be disappointed.

This project also included about 400ft of french drains front and back, the planting of numerous plants front and back adding a lot of soil, rock, mulch and a block walkway. All work was performed quickly and professionally and all workers were personal and respectful. I would hire them for future projects in a heartbeat. The owner Scott has been in this business since was a young man and he manages it well utilizing any spare time by working besids his teams.

Totally forgot to ask them about mulching for two of our trees and they went ahead and mulched them anyways. Work looks great.

They Gave me an estimate and 2 days later the job was finished. Not only was it done quickly it was done with quality wood and craftsmanship. On top of all this it was very hot and humid as this is Houston in mid summer

I have worked with Scott several times and have been happy with his services.

They installed french drains in our back and front yards. Hurricane Beryl arrived between the time of accepting their quote and beginning the dig, yet they were only delayed a week in getting started. I waited another week after installation to test the drains by means of anticipated rain days. On one morning we had a little more than 5 inches in our backyard rain gauge, and the backyard was underwater for a few hours, but it was cleared by mid- to late afternoon. Without the french drains our backyard would have been underwater for several days. We are pleased with the work and will be contacting them again for other yard work.

Scott and team were amazing to work with. They worked really hard and my French drain is working great! During hurricane Beryl I had zero issues with water staying on the side of my home. No water at all! Thank you Scott!

Scott was very upfront with what he would do. I could have gone a little less expensive with other estimates but my gut kept going back to Scott. Now I just need it to rain to see how well the drains work lol. Definitely will hire him again for other yard projects.

Scott and his team did a great job installing French drains and leveling my back yard. Scott did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the result and the yard turned out great. He was great at communicating with us and followed through with everything he promised. I would recommend Scottâ s Manicured Lawns to anybody.

The choices for projects did not have French drain which is what was done. Overall it was a nice job. A big issue was - despite given clear pictures of where fiber cable was laid- they still managed to cut it. Initially they tried to deny it. Little did they know we have cameras. Once you agree to the Docusign amount -stick to it.
