Scott's Manicured Lawns

Scott and crew did a great job. We live on a large lot and the yard was low and holding water in several areas. Scott knew what he was doing by removing all of the old sod, getting the weeds out and bringing in large amount of a good soil mix and laying the sod over it. They layed about 18 pallets of grass. His crew worked hard everyday to get the job done in a timely manner. Projected a 4 day job and they got it done in 3. Highly recommend.

We contracted Scott to re-sod our front yard and for some stone work along our sidewalk and driveway. He listened to our questions and patiently explained the steps in the process and said the work could be finished in one to two days. This was important to us as we have noted a number of re-sod jobs in our neighborhood that have taken weeks and more to finish. Although we weren't really in a position to assess his cost estimate, it seemed reasonable and we accepted the bid. We looked at only one additional contractor and he was not much different in price from Scott. Including himself, Scott showed up as scheduled with a hard working crew of 5 and really got with the job. It was done as contracted and they did finish in less than two days. We like the looks of the new sod and stone work, and look forward to the Spring greening and establishment of our new front lawn. We can certainly recommend Scott's Manicured Lawns and will use them again as needed

Scott and his crew were a great experience for us. He recommended what was needed and then carried it out on time and budget. We had French drains and collection basins installed as well as leveling the yard and installing 4 pallets of sod. I would highly recommend Scott and will use him again.

We needed Drainage, backyard leveling, grass (sod), stone patio, and overall landscape. What is typical when one hires this type of contractor, they focus on what you ask them to do and that is the extend of their work. This company took the extra step to identify and complete what we had missed, as they focused on our goal to assure the best results. Overall, the work was excellent, respectful, on time, worth the cost. I would recommend them highly and will look for their support and overall future maintenance of the work that was done.

Well, Scott was the first one to call me. Came out, gave me a price, thought it was a little on the high side but he was trimming two trees and haul off and installing new sod. The job looks OK and said he would be back in a couple of days to fertilize and insecticide the new sod? After two months and 6 phone calls, I told him if he couldn't finish the job he needed to give me $125.00 back for the unfinished work? The next day, he sent his Dad to finish the work.

Scott did a very good job on installation of our French drain. His service and knowledge of his work is very good and his price was reasonable.

I recommend Scott and his team, he listens and delivers!

Harold and his crew came out the day after I contracted him, did the work in 3 days. I'm very satisfied with timeliness, quality and price, which was exactly as quoted. I will use him again.

Scott and his team are really good at what they do. The price is reasonable for what they had to do to my way. Install new sod and soil. My lawn looks very professional now. this year was the worst year for grub and cinch bugs which destroyed my lawn but Scott and his team put it all back together. i will use these guys again.

Guys that came out were very attentive to my ideas and requests. Job was done quickly and efficiently.

This is by far the best Lawn Service I've ever dealt with! When we bought this home in March of this year it was clear the yard needed updating and pruned. Scott is the epitome of a GREAT owner/boss. He expects employees to so their jobs and they do! He worked along side them. Our yard is now updated with new beautiful flat stone & cobblestone, trees and bushes trimmed and weeds gone! Thanks Scott, Casey, Josh and one other young man (sorry I didn't get his name). Now to just get rid of those pesky mosquitoes! Elizabeth D.

Scott was very professional and did everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to others and will continue to use him.

They are much higher priced than other gardeners. Also after paying $150 for initial clan up , they left a whole lot of weeds in flower beds. But worse than that they left the gate open. We could have lost our dog because of that. We went back to our old gardeners.

Very nice to work with and allowed me to change my mind about plants and design.

Scott was professional and did a good job of staying close to my budget. He addressed a drainage issue we had, replaced some grass in areas that had succumbed to the weather, and he planted and mulched four flower beds. His knowledge impressed me enough that we agreed to have his company start regular lawn maintenance. I will recommend him to others.
