INSPECTION ONLY! You will always have the Advantage when you call us. Do not take your chances when it comes to mold. Mold is very destructive. You may need to contact your health care provider. Don’t chance your health. Discover what is in your home or business. Then you will have the advantage to know what comes next. We are a professional company. We provide mold assessment consulting for residential and commercial real estate. We get to the root of the matter with mold. 1. We come to you and perform a visual inspection. 2. We take air samples, usually 3-4 is enough. If we find reasons to take more samples we will let you know and why we should take more. Sometimes a swab of an area is necessary. Rest assured that the price of additional testing will be reviewed with you for your approval. 3. We send the samples into our lab to determine what is in your property. 4. We create a report detailing our findings at your property. 5. We give you a consultation (about 30 min) on what the best avenue to proceed is for you.
