+ 0 moreHe did a good job sodding but never looked at the irrigation system . He had to reschedule a few times but never informed me. I kept texting ( no response). Only when I called did he let me know . We I noticed he hadn't checked my irrigation system, I tried contacting him- no response- so I just gave up. My neighbor was going to use him until I told him about the poor communication. My neighbor went with another company

Description of Work: Pleasent on the phone and we scheduled a date and time for them to come out a take a look at the project. On the date I called in the afternoon after not hearing from them to see if they were coming and was told they would be there in a few hours after waiting they never showed up or called again to let me know they would not be there or to reschedule.

+ 0 more7 They were very responsive, from the initial phone call, to scheduling the work, to keeping me updated as to arrival time on install day. They did a very fast and professional job, cutting in the sod to work around the roots of my mature oak tree quite effectively. They were courteous and professional, and gave me some watering tips based on the health of the sod as it came from the farm. They performed all the work they said they would at the price and times they said they would. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had Mick's install a pallet (450 sq ft) of sod into my back yard to redo a section that had been burned up by drought.
