Made a call to Adam about 7:30am and he showed up at 9:30am as promised. He came to front door and introduced himself and went straight to work. After he had checked out the A/C compressor unit outside he then asked about going in the attic to check out that part of the A/C unit. Before he came into the house he had installed shoe covers over his shoes. After he found the problem he asked if I wanted to see what the problem was and I said yes. Adam took the time to explain what the problem was and showed me that it was not working and that the computer board was okay. He made a phone call to find the original replacement part and locating one he told us what the price was and did we want him to continue with the repair work. We gave him the okay and he said it would take him about an hour to hour and a half to return with the part. Adam was back with the part in the amount of time he had told us and promptly started back to work getting the motor installed. He removed the part and the debris that was created during the repair. He told us the work was completed and asked how we wanted to pay for the repair. Adam said that if we had any problem with the unit that we thought was related to his work to be sure and call him. He thanked us and left us with his business card.
