Description of Work: They installed a new AC and furnace in my townhome. It went very well. I signed up for no interest financing thru them and set up autopay. I also opted for the deal that had 10 year parts and labor warranty. It has been over a year and they have only come out once to add refrigerant last summer which they had informed me would be a possibility in a new system.

Told us it would be two days to install, but it took seven or eight days. Very dissatisfied with the installer. There were two people who can to the house. It took too long. You get the best price. They left my house clean.
