+ 0 moreBad craftsmanship (had to hire others to redo the jobs), horrible paint job, suddenly multiplied fees in spite of signed contract, could not find resources ( had to hire electrician, plumber, architect, tile installation, etc.), Walked away on job with money paid but did not perform services agreed to.
