His bid was professionally written and well thought out. with every add on I gave him a list and asked to go over it with him and received a bid very quickly He and his team were there everyday for almost seven weeks and by week one I knew I could trust Mr. Falk. There was a very critical mistake made by another company and the FALK team were kind enough to re-work their schedules to help me out. They were there to fix a wood door , followed by remaking of large wood deck on the second floor, to remodeling and everything in between. They are incredibly well organized, clean when leaving, and will secure every door and shade in your house before they leave. I am so honored that I had the opportunity to meet and work with such an honest and very very talented team. Thank you

It went really well. Anthony said he would make the addition look like it belonged there from the beginning and he did both outside and inside looked good. He handled design, deconstruction and rebuilding including framing, electrical and plumbing. Some problems did arise as always happens when tearing out and adding on. He addressed each. Final clean up was really well done. They even cleaned up things in the area that were not part of his work.

Anthony was very good at the remodel for us, we had a couple of communication issues which we resolved out. He was very interested in providing us what we wanted and went to extra steps to give us the final product. I wish I could say the same for the company that did the granite/sink enclosure (this part was sub'd out). There was an issue that came up recently with the sink detaching from the granite and Anthony was helpful in getting the contractor back out to help us (Anthony has since parted ways with said sub-contractor). although we are still waiting for the sub to come out and fix the broken clamp under the sink and reseal the sink

Falk Construction did a great job for us. They were professional and listened to my needs. The owner, Anthony took time to compare prices and gave me different options and suggestions to keep the price on materials as low as possible. Which gives my budget more room to do what I want! He is very trustworthy and reliable
