They showed up more than four hours late. At first they said that they had mechanical problems with the truck but then later said that one of their crew members didn't show up. When they did get there they said that since they had three guys, my three hour prepaid deal would only get me an hour. I said fine, because I really didn't have that much to be done, but I wanted professionals who knew what they were doing so my trees would be protected. Then I noticed that one of the three was just walking around their truck and my yard bending over a lot, looking like he was either going to pass out of throw up. Their chain saws were so dull they kept jamming and they didn't have pruning paint. They left to get the pruning paint and did come back to paint sone of the cuts but missed some and several of the cuts left stumps sticking out. They also just let the branches fall out vegetation underneath causing damage. I wouldn't let them back on my property no matter what!!!

September- Purchased $100 voucher for $500 worth of service. Representative came to house first week of November and quoted $2400 but $900 after local and voucher discount. He preached professionalism. So, instead of just having a stump removed, we decided to get it all done - house clearance, canopy lifting, two trees removed, and stump removal. They were three hours late on November 19th and only completed house clearance. Some trimming was performed. No canopy lifting, stump removal, or maintenance of a dying tree was performed. The three people on site did a sloppy job, breaking my ADT sign, leaving some limbs Nd lots of saw dust in yard. Some plants were also damaged, AND they were rude to my mother who was on site since I was out of town. I reported the issue and no one followed up. Two weeks was too long to wait. I called and let the new operations manager know how I felt. He sent a crew out within three days. The trees were finished, but as of Nov. 25th, we are still waiting on the stump removal.
