"Julie Corley was the perfect interior designer to create a new design for our family room that gave a 50-year-old home a fresh, updated look. Her design expertise from years of experience was evident from the start. She helped us tear out old shelving and cabinetry to create a beautiful accent wall, as well facelift the old brick fireplace with beautifil stone veneer, and select new flooring throughout the downstairs. In addtion, she created a new living space in the family room with a unique furniture placement design that created a much more inviting and intimate space to enjoy with company. Her expertise with helping us select materials and colors ensured a beautifully blended look that we would never have been able to achieve on our own. In addition, all of Julie's contractors were experts in their craft and the workmanship was superior. The icing on the cake: Julie is a fun person to be around and fun to work with. I highly recommend her company Sache Designs for any interior remodeling/updating projects whatever the work scope."

THEIR CRAFTSMEN DEMOLISHED THE SHOWER/TUB IN ONE DAY REPAIRNG LEAK DAMAGED THE TERRAZO TILE FLOORS WERE REMOVED THEN NEW PORCELAIN INSTALLED A PLYWOOD SUB FLOOR WAS REPAIRED UNDER MY UPSTAIRS FLOOR VERY PLEASED WITH OUR RESULTS. THEY KNOW HOW TO HANDLE TOUGH INSURANCE COMPANY TOO! JERRY NORMAN"

Was very helpful selecting paint colors and fabrics and flooring and finishes. She has great taste and incorporated that but not overshadowing our own style. "Jim Johnson is an exceptional builder and honest businessman. You can tell he does this work because he loves it and genuinely wants his work to be the highest quality. He was referred to me by a co-worker with very high standards, and I am so grateful we were able to have his team do our addition and remodel. We have an older home and needed more space, so we added a bedroom above the garage and connected the new space to the existing home. We also remodeled most rooms, including a full kitchen expansion and remodel, new floors throughout, all new electrical wiring, HVAC, interior and exterior paint, plumbing upgrades (and moved a bathroom), and we added a front porch. There were problems along the way, which you'd expect with a project of this size, but Jim did his best to stay within the agreed-upon timeline. Every problem or decision was discussed in a transparent and collaborative way, and his suggestions saved us from future headaches. We now have a solid home that is well-designed and functional. From the big items such as the flow of a new room, down to the motion-detecting lights he suggested for our driveway...no detail is overlooked by Jim, Harvey, and the team. With Jim, you get a builder who is extremely knowledgeable, available, creative, trustworthy, and best of all, he does what he says he will do. It's not easy to find these qualities in a builder."

"I found Chandra to be overwhelmed with her current workload and unable to give my job the attention it deserved. Many times I was left asking for updates. After two months I still didn't have quotes on any of my work. I cancelled my contract."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends."
