Description of Work: I called them on Friday 12/13/2013 with clogged sewer. Made an appt. for between 10 and 12 on Monday 12/16/2013. At 12:10 on Monday 12/16 I called Tierney and spoke with Jennifer who said she recalled making the appt. She said she did not know why the plumber had not arrived. Said she would check and call back. Called back in about 10 minutes saying that the plumber had been delayed and offered me another appt between 1 and 3 on same day. I refused because of other pressing matters. She gave no reason for not calling to let us know they would be late. This is unacceptable behavior.

Unfortunately, sometimes service calls take longer than expected, or traffic was more congested in route to their home. This is very common in the industry and it happens from time to time. There was no money exchanged here so I don't know how we received an F in price, we weren't unprofessional, we were just running behind on schedule.

Description of Work: We thought we had a sewer problem due to a bad smell. Ron came out on very short notice and was able to determine the smell was more like an acid smell. He poked around until he found the problem...a leaky battery. We only had to pay a very reasonable trip charge. I think a less experienced plumber would have ended up doing an expensive smoke test and still would have not found the problem. I'm very happy with this company and will use them again.

Description of Work: Asked to call when they were on the way. arrived 2 hours early with out a call. Most of the work done was ok but 2 days later I had to go and buy and new part for the toilet and install it myself. They charged me for that part that I had to buy again.The other work that was done was fine.
