+ 0 moreThey need to come back out. I've sent them an email and haven't heard from them. This has been my experience throughout. They are totally unresponsive and I have to take all the initiative. They never called me when there was a big long delay in delivery. There were two very long delays in delivery and installation. Every time I would make multiple calls to try to find out what was going on and they only contacted me once. It was a bad experience. He did not get the hinge on the shower door straight. They had to come out a total of 3 times to get the correct towel bar.
Description of Work: I used DFW Shower and Glass for a glass shower door.

Description of Work: After a week of delays past the original install date and confusion about the initial bid, two very professional installers arrived (late again) and installed the semi-frameless shower enclosure. On closer inspection, the top of the frame is not level and the glass door is difficult to open. It looks much better than the 20 yr old gold enclosure that was there... but for $900 I guess I expected more. the installers tried to level the top of the frame but that left a gap that looked even worse.
