Description of Work: Cleaned ALL of my windows and screens. I had used them last fall and they again did a fantastic job!

Description of Work: Two people came -- the man cleaned the outside windows, and the woman did the inside. They were very speedy and thorough and did a wonderful job. We will use them again.

Description of Work: Washed all windows inside and out. 2 story house with a lot of glass.

Description of Work: I received a coupon in a mailer for Squeaky Clean Windows for $20.00 off, and so I called and spoke to the owner Chuck Davis. We set an appointment and he arrived promptly and gave me an estimate for window cleaning inside and out. I told him I would call him after discussing the project with my husband. My husband wanted to know if they used any anti-beading (such as Rain-x) on the outside of the windows, so I called Mr. Davis back and he told me they did indeed use Rain-X, so we set the appointment to have the windows done. We had to push back the original appointment due to rainy weather, but approximately a week later his 2 workers came over to do the job, one for the outside and one for the inside. The workers were very polite and got to work right away. As I was watching them I asked the outside worker if he was applying the Rain-X, and he said they don't do that, and I told him Mr. Davis assured me they do and he said verbatim, "maam, he lied to you as we never apply anything other than a soap & water compound". I was upset but they were practically halfway thru the job and they seemed to be doing a decent job, so I let it go. I also didn't want to get the worker in trouble with Mr. Davis. After they left and I wrote them a check, I noticed a screen had been badly damaged, so I called Mr. Davis. He said he would come by and retrieve the screen so he could fix it or have it fixed. He came the following Saturday, picked up the screen and left saying he would be back with it in a week or so. When I called him after about 10 days he said it was a special screen and would take at least a couple weeks to get it repaired. After that Mr. Davis would NOT return any of my phone calls.
