+ -1 moreThe real estate agent was Jarod Marcus and he is with Re/Max Masters I believe. That service was very good. I would give them an 'A' plus. I am actually about to use them again. The cost for the lease is based on the rent so it is 3 quarters of one month’s rent and for the purchase of the home was 3 percent.
Description of Work: I have used them actually twice. I used him in December to buy a home and in February to lease our other home.

She made sure she understood exactly what we were looking for in our dream home and she narrowed down searches for us so we could see specifically what we were looking for. She was fantastic at negotiating and planning ahead for what the next steps were going to be for our situation.
