Very well, in a very competitive home buying arena, he chose the bid that got the house for us but did not over pay. good job. Others I know with other realtors missed their bids and did not get the house they desired.

Mark Pennington and his team were fantastic. Mark is very professional and he has a vast amount of experience. He helped us get our house ready to sell and walked us through the whole process of showing. He was our agent all the way and went to bat for us with our best interest in mind. While building a house he was always there when we meet with the builder and sometime more. When the situation got difficult he came through with great suggestions, advise and then referrals. I highly recommend Mark and his team when you need a realtor.

Mark, and his entire team, made the process of selling our home easy. I know that may sound ridiculous, selling a home isn't easy right? Honestly, in this instance, it was incredibly easy, stress-free, and quick. It was our first time selling a home and we were more than a little terrified about how it would work, how long it would take, and just how it would work. Mark and his staff communicated with us often, were honest and friendly, and they have high morals (I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or that I was taking advantage of our buyer). Those are things I don't take lightly, and are unfortunately rare these days. If you want an easy process, a wonderful realtor, and an accurate and quick sell then Mark is your guy. He even put all of our offers (we had MANY in a matter of a couple of days) in a spreadsheet with unbiased pros and cons for each one. That made choosing who would buy our home so much simpler than we expected. We loved our home, and we were able to choose a buyer we felt would love it as well, which was a really nice feeling. So thank you Mark (and Kendra) for all the hard work you put into selling our home, communicating with us, closing the deal, and simply being good people who put our needs first. You enabled us move on without any stress and with the knowledge that our beloved home is now in a new set of good hands.

The Mark Pennington were great! Mark was there to answer any and every question my wife and i had in regards to selling our home. With the help of Mark Pennington, we were able to choose an offer from a potential buyer within 3 days of putting our house on the market. Mark also represented us in the purchase of our new home. Mark's team is very professional and timely. We were kept informed every step of the way. The contract on our home was executed and closed without a hitch.

Mark added us to a list to get emails of homes. I'd call Mark and leave messages saying we wanted to go see homes. Mark would make excuses about family and church being the reasons he was never available to show them to us. I respect that someone has family and or faith commitments. It sounds like Mark should simply say he's too busy, has too much business and recommend another realtor. I've sent Mark three emails asking for additional information about specific homes. He replied to one of them. We've moved on.

He is a great realtor. He is on line with things. He took great pictures. He helped us with staging the house. When we were having issues getting some things fixed right after the inspection, he did it himself when the handyman fell through. He got a percentage.
