We worked on getting our home in a good condition after living there for 23 years and then we went looking for an agent that specialized in our area via Angie's List. We found Lisa. I cannot say enough great things about this woman! Lisa suggested we update the lighting and got us in contact with a great company that offered us a nice discount. She then got a staging company to come in (we had already moved) and make the empty house look like a home. She has an awesome website that showcases each house she lists -- with 25 pictures and video. We got the first offer the night before it was listed on MLS and received five more offers all in a 36-hour period -- and two bids were above asking price. We closed today at 5 weeks to the day of it going on MLS. That should speak loud and clear to anyone who wants to sell their home. If we ever need to sell a house again, Lisa is our first and only choice!

I cannot say enough about Lisa's abilities for this purchase. I was living in CA and had only made one trip to the area. I told her my guidelines for a house (i.e., location, size, appliance preferences) and she located the PERFECT home. She went out of her way to keep me apprised on the status and took extra pictures of areas that didn't show in the listing. Lisa gives each client 110% of her time which was extremely important to me working with her from another state. I carry her business cards with me in case I meet someone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Lisa is the Best!
