I retained this company to replace my 2 year old roof [house was built in 2015] and gutters after a hail storm. The work was completed around January 15-16, 2017. A day or two after the roof was finished it rained and my worst nightmare came true: there was water running down the walls onto my new hardwood floors and there was a bubble of water in the ceiling of my foyer. THE ROOF WAS LEAKING!!! When we went to the attic to see if we could find the source of the leak [I don’t know why we did that, I think we were just desperate and wanted to make it stop]. We could not see the source of the leak. While up there we noticed the pipes from the two hotwater heaters in the attic were not right. The roofers did not secure and cover those pipe stacks correctly. You could see outside, there was light visible around the stacks. We phone Landmark immediately after putting down towels to try and protect the floors because the walls, ceiling and trim were a lost cause we thought. Daniel R. arrived at our home and we showed him all the problems. He called Landmark. Landmark did fix these issues. They sent Paco out to scrape texture and paint everything. In their efforts to fix the damages, the subs caused some additional damage to the balcony railings. Landmark fixed all of the problems from the lead and the new problems the subs caused while repairing the damages caused by the roof leak. Fast forward 4 months. We are looking out the window into the back yard during another downpour of rain and notice the sprinklers are on during the rain. It appears Landmark did not put back the sprinkler’s rain sensor. When they took off the old roof and gutters, there was a rain sensor attached. It was never put back. So, now I have to purchase another sensor and have it installed at a cost of 500 dollars. Now fast forward a few more months and it is pouring rain again in Richardson/Plano Texas, I get a call from my son [home from collage] at 2 o'clock on a work day and he tells me water is pouring off the roof onto the front porch. He wants to know if that is normal. I leave work, race home and see that the gutters were not installed properly. An existing water diverter was not put back so water is pouring off the house onto the front porch wall. I send Landmark and email telling them there is a problem. I get NO RESPONSE. I send pictures [same ones below] and I get no response. So now I have to get this fixed too. This was a 2 year old house. None if these problems existed before Landmark entered our lives
