 + -1 moreI wouldn't recommend Karin to anyone looking for a reliable realtor. She was completely unresponsive in the middle of our bid process. At a pivotal point, she ignored our calls and emails for nearly a week. Karin was friendly during our meetings, but was generally late.

 + -1 moreShe was terrible. She showed up about 30 minutes late for our first appointment, we were sitting there waiting for her, then she never followed up after that. We asked her to do a couple of things, but she never got back to us. She was nice while interacting with us.

Description of Work: We have used Karin Seligman over the years as the 'go to' realtor of choice. She is professional in every way imaginable and then some. She will go out of her way to assist you. There is no other realtor like her on the planet. If you ever get tired of dealing with all the 'pretend' and/or dishonest realtors out there, then waist no time in finding Karin. She is absolutely the best.
