Company was very responsive with quotes, and worked to fit into schedule. I work from home one day a week, so we moved to that so i could handle pets instead of sending to day care once a month, saving money. The cleaners themselves seem nice enough, and the quality of work was great - they checked every point off the list. We never had an issue with the actual quality of service. Unfortunately, the payment/time practices were unacceptable. The first time they cleaned after the 'intro cleaning (which was ~$250), two cleaners came over and worked for approximately 1.75 hours, or 3.5 total in billable terms. Our agreement and charge based on 5.5 total hours. This was not a huge deal, but when we were charged for the entire time, I called to understand the discrepancy. I was told by the office manager that the cleaner timesheets showed the 2.75(5.5) hours there, and it was basically my word against theirs. As a show of good faith, they agreed to move the next and future cleanings to 4 hour total, and would call if it went over, as is their policy when cleanings go long. Though shocked that they inferred I was lying, I agreed to it; again, since I'm home, i thought this was perfect as I'd be onsite. The next time, it took them just under 2 hours, but not enough to where its a point of concern from a billable perspevctive. The 3rd time, again, was right under 2 hours (each time I took photos/videos of the clock to have proof to prevent the 'word against word' situation going forward). However, the 3rd time I was again charged for 5.5 hours. Upon calling and canceling, they agreed to refund me the hours and a half back, and cancelled my service without the 30 day required notice. I am writing this review as I simply don't trust the business office and the practices they offer, and I want to provide visibility to those who allow them to clean when no one is home. I got the impression that they overbook hours then complete in much less time, allowing them to charge a higher rate for less work. Even after I discussed, they continued the practice of charging the max and not the actuals. If using Maidpro (again, the quality of service IS there), I highly recommend being at home to ensure they are meeting their terms of service, or not overcharging when items go quicker.

I was lucky to get an appointment for the next day when I called. I had a rent house and although it was not trashed, it was dirty and greasy. Amber did a great job scrubbing the grease off the kitchen cabinets and then spent the rest of the 3 hours scrubbing the bathrooms.

The first 2 times they came the service was excellent, everything very clean. The third time was only so-so. Surfaces were wiped down, but there were still food and grease spots throughout the kitchen. The floor was mopped, but just a once-over. I wiped up a spill later, and the white paper towel was filthy. The first 2 times were by a two-woman team, the third time was by someone new, who cleaned by herself.

On time, polite, not all of the services as quoted in the 49 point checklist were complete. Showed up on time paid for a deep clean for a house that is kept overall clean. Honest, on the 49 point checklist they did not check (mark completed) what they cleaned. Supervisor stopped by and I just thanked her, she should have stopped by an hour before they were done not after they were done. I realized all of the items they did not clean after they left and reviewed the 49 point check list, mine was more like 40 points. One challenge was explaining to the crew my expectations and what did not need cleaning. The language barrier was tough as I do not speak Spanish. For example I told the crew don't clean the kitchen floors as i just cleaned and waxed the floors a day earlier. Provided the specific cleaner to use for the kitchen granite tops. Instead all they did wipe down the cabinets and they were done. That was it for the kitchen. When the clock was up they left, called the service and found out that they were supposed to stay until complete. They offered to talk, but I just said no. Communication was the breakdown in the service provided. I am sure that the service would have been better If i spoke Spanish.

Maid Pro Grapevine has done a good job for me. I am impressed with their system; every home has a binder and notations are made in the binder regarding how you like each area in your home cleaned.I appreciate the reminder call the day before. They have been flexible for us when we have been out of town switch the time they came to clean. one time (in six years) an article was broken, and the supervisor called me at work to tell me about the accident and asked where they could find a replacement. We have been very happy with the service.

Contracted with them just after I moved here, after a couple of times, I was able to consistently get the same person and that has worked out well. Probably not the cheapest option, but they bring all their own supplies, so it works out well

We have used Maid Pro since we moved 2 years ago. They nearly always send the same 2 ladies who do a great job. I only once had a bad experience with a new employee. I called when I got home and they sent experienced employees to reclean the next day. Whilst I would have preferred a thoroigh clean the first time I could not complain about how they responded.

Wonderful people, wonderful crew, and I have enjoyed getting to know each one that has worked in my house.
Description of Work: I have been using MaidPro since they began in this area three years ago. Marina, the owner, has been wonderful to work with; my reasons for a service vs. independent have been confirmed by this company's actions. I have had crews of two or individuals and have been pleased with either service. Things I appreciate about this company: 1) reminder calls and emails before cleaning (I have them come every other week) 2) promptness 3) use the same cleaning crew each time 4) follow up call regarding cleaning 5) check list/rating card The service brings their own equipment, uses new vacuum bag in each home, I feel very comfortable having them in my home when I am gone.

I have been using Maid Pro for approximately 6 months. On several occasions I have called and asked for a manager/supervisor to come out after the cleaning so that we could discuss items that were not done to my satisfaction. While supervisors had come out after a cleaning 2 times, no arrangements were made for a supervisor to come when I could be home. After my cleaning 2 weeks ago I called and arrangements were made to meet me after the cleaning as I am on maternity leave. When I got home, after I was introduced to the supervisor and the regular cleaning lady, the supervisor pointed out to me that my dog had peed in the house (this is very unusual for my dog and not something that the cleaners had ever experienced before.) It upset me that no one had even put towels down to blot up the pee on my laminate floors. I told the supervisor that I thought this was unreasonable and that we didn't need to do the inspection as I would likely not be continuing service because I thought that they should have at least put towels or something down to blot up the pee. The supervisor said OK and left with no apology. She told the cleaning lady to finish and leave. I realized in my haste that I may have been over-reacting about the pee, but I was still upset with the lack of apology since my service had been so mediocre in the past. I called the toll-free number to see who the franchise owner was and told them what all I was upset about. While I was still on that call I heard the house keeper leaving, and when I went to the front door I noticed that she had not finished cleaning. I pointed out that she had not even mopped yet and she said "you said I do a bad job so I'm leaving" and refused to give me my key (I was later told this is policy that they HAVE to give the key to a manager) When I finally reached the owner she had already spoken to the supervisor and told me it is their policy not to clean up after animals, to which I explained that I wouldn't have gotten so upset if that had been explained to me. The owner told me that they obviously couldn't keep up with eliminating the dog hair problem to my satisfaction and that we needed to part ways, and I tried to explain that most of my complaints were things like the sinks not being cleaned and water rings remaining in the tub, even though the initial cleaning had removed the rings. (I.e. if they were cleaning the tub every time they came, there should be no rings). Basically in the end, I feel that both the owner and the manager have called me a liar, and that I have no actual restitution in the matter for my lost time and efforts to have them actually CLEAN my house, instead of doing a half hearted job of which it appeared all they really ever did was dust.

I have used multiple cleaning services and never really satisfied with the cleaning and or damage to furniture in the home. Maid Pro has been cleaning my home on a bi-weekly basis for the last five months. They send out two girls who are always on time or early. At the beginning, I went through a couple of different girls. Not sure if this was because of their scheduling or my not being 100% pleased with the cleaning. Maid Pro has continued to call me each day after the cleaning to obtain feedback from me. Through this process I communicated to them that I was not satisfied with the cleaniliness of my tile floors. Marina, the owner, has come out to my home on three ocassions to see the floors. She has worked diligently with her girls to find a solution that is suitable to me. Turns out that the girls are going to clean the floors with my sponge mop and then go back over them with the terry cloth mop. This will cost the girls some extra time and I will nto be charged for it. All other areas of the home have continued to be cleaned well. The tile floors were the only issue I continued to have. Marina has really worked hard to ensure that I am satisfied. Definitely worth the money. Marina, owner, is professional. The issue that we had was with the cleaning ladies damaging and breaking things. So much that Maid Pro reimbursed us for a item that was damaged and could not be repaired. Wished the cleaning ladies could slow down and be more careful. Switched companies to a smaller organization that takes more care with my home and the items in my home.
