Kent was understanding of my situation, told me there would be no gimmicks and gave me the complete run down of what would be done and his Tech's confirmed that. Kent and his team came in at an extremely good price and did not bait & switch. Nice to see a company like his stand by their word and promise. I highly recommend this company for duct cleaning and restoration.

+ -1 moreThe owner Kent literally called me within 30 seconds after I put out my inquiry on Angie's List. He quoted me a very reasonable price for a 3000 sq ft one story home and said that price includes the removal on any mold they might find. Kent never tried to up-sell me on things I didn't need. He was honest, informative, professional, conscientious, prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned all the vents in a rental house and scrapped out samples of 'goo' that I suspected was in there making my mother sick. They really went the extra mile to help get this 'goo' so I could have it tested for mold (which was later confirmed 90% saturation of common Texas mold....thankfully not black mold!). After their thorough cleaning my mothers symptoms were gone! She was coughing, sneezing, and almost completely lost her voice. *THANK YOU DUCTZ of Dallas!!!

+ -1 moreAlthough they did a thorough job with cleaning the air ducts, we were disappointed with the customer service after and the cleanup. Trash was left in our yard. Our bed and couch got quite dirty. The metal air register on our supply duct fell after they left. It was right above the bed so if we had been there, it would have hit us in the head. We called the owner and he said that he could have someone back out in three days. It should have never happened in the first place so three days was unacceptable to us. It really seemed that they were in a rush to get out the door and go to the next job.

+ 0 moreThey did the work in a rental property I own and my renters are satisfied with it. He's a real nice guy, but I never got a receipt from him. He said he emailed it and he tried and tried, but I never got it, and I finally just gave up. I needed the receipt for my taxes, though. He did a good job. He went out there when he said he would, and as far as I know, he does a good job.

Description of Work: Had small house air ducts cleaned as I wanted to be sure there was no mold. There were only ducts in 3 bedrooms, LR, and kitchen, no not a big house. When I called I talked with the franchise owner and he was very professional and took time to explain all what they did that was included in the price, compared to what the coupon offers that were like $10 per duct did and how they added on costs. I verified this through google research on the other companies and comments from their previous customers.They cleaned the duct back to the unit, sprayed an anti-microbial spray on one duct where mold was starting, and cleaned the inside of the air-handler unit and sprayed anti-microbial on it also.No hidden charges. Their work and price exactly as quoted on phone.
