+ -1 moreWe brought an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max to have a cracked screen replaced. They did replace it, but the face identification did not work afterwards. They tried to replace the screen again to see if that would fix the issue, but it did not. The face identification was working prior to them replacing the screen. They made the excuse that the sensor must have gone bad just as they were replacing the screen. We asked them to fix it or to refund us our money since the face identification worked when we brought it in, so we traded one problem for another. They said they would have the owner call us since the manager I spoke with said he wasn't able to make that decision. Still have not heard from the owner. We are just asking for them to do the right thing.

Description of Work: Our puppy used my cell phone as a chew toy and bit through the phone. The screen was shattered in the lower left corner and would not work. Marcus repaired my phone in less than two hours and the phone was up and running. /thank you Marcus.
