From the day the appraiser scheduled with me to the final day of installation I was informed of when the work would be done. They showed exactly when they said and the installation was beautifully done outside and inside as well. Their workmanship was so good that I didn’t have to do any touch up painting. I would definitely hire them again.

I had all the windows in my house replaced. Working with Clarity was a great experience from beginning to end. Jon was their sales representative. He was knowledgeable and patient. I received estimates for several different types of windows with complete explanations of what each provided. Upon deciding what met my needs best an order was placed. I was kept informed on the schedule I should expect. The installation team who completed the job did and excellent job not only on the installation but also on keeping the area clean as much as was possible. The finished product has made my house more comfortable overall. i have had to use less energy for AC, the noise reduction was substantial and UV from the sun has been reduced. The "clarity" (no pun intended) of the windows is wonderful.

This was the first time we contracted with Clarity Home Improvements and we can't say enough about the positive experience and friendly attitude!! From the initial meeting, to the day the window framing was measured through the making of our windows, we received weekly status updates. Clarity Home was great in working with our schedules to find the best Install day. Our installers, Arturo and Jesus, arrived on time, courteous, very knowledgeable about their job and willing to answer any questions, and showed respect for our home. Their positive attitude was even seen as they put up with our three friendly dogs that tried to "assist" them in their work. And the windows....WOW!! Our home got a face lift - awesome product that adds to the value of our home. The windows are extremely well-made and gives us peace of mind that the quality will last for many years to come. The owner, Chris Pollard, from beginning to end, remained in constant contact to check with us as to how things were going and to ensure we were satisfied every step of the way - very hands on. Chris' demeanor was one that put our mind at ease which made for a stress-free process. He made us feel like a friend and not a client! We would like to give a great big "THANK YOU" to Chris and all involved in the process. Incredible! It is a huge transformation from boring to beautiful!! I had the usual oil stains, rust marks, and cracks. Now it is perfect!! Thanks Clarity!!

Company was scheduled to come out Monday March 4, 2019 between 3:00-4:00 PM. The company failed to show up or make any attempt to contact me. Day taken off from work to meet contractors that don't bother to show or call...

Start to finish this was an amazingly positive experience.

They salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful when we were choosing our color. The installers were professional and on time. They did a wonderful job! They even came back to touch up a spot they were not happy with. Even though it looked fine to us. We arevery pleased with the product and workmanship. We regularly get compliments on our porch and patio. We would definitely use Clarity again.

Clarity Windows was recommended by a neighbor and was great to deal with through the whole process of bidding, ordering and installing. We purchased 17 windows and were concerned about whether they could replace one bay window without damaging our granite. Other window companies would not commit, but Clarity sent their head engineer, Corey, to evaluate the situation and he said it would not be a problem. They gave us weekly updates on the order status. The installation crew (Daniel, Michael, Sal and Ivan) did a great job with minimal mess. (There’s always dirt flying around when your windows get replaced, but Clarity’s crew was much cleaner than the previous installer we used.) Daniel was exceptional, especially when working around the granite and Corey came out to help during that part of the installation. We had one small problem afterwards and there was no problem getting them to come out and remedy it. I would not hesitate to recommend Clarity to anyone.

Entire experience was awesome. Salesman, communication and installation. Recieved three bids and Clarity windows were the best in looks and quality. Installation was first class. Installer cleaned up very well and was always respectful of our house.

They responded immediately to inform me that they did not provide the service I needed, but wished me luck in finding another vendor. VERY professional.

There's a lot of windows.The price was a little steep there. Each window had a wire , every time you break a window an alarm will go off. When they took of the old window and put in the new windows they didn't put those wires back up. So, now it's costing me an extra $500 for the alarm company to do this because there are wires sticking out.

The windows have made a tremendous difference in my home and the doors look stunning!

They will be coming in on September. We got three quotes, and they were all about the same price. No charge for the estimate. They are responsive. They are very professional. Yes, we have given them the contract. I don't know my wife has done most of this, and I can't really tell you.

they did a nice job.we were looking for new windows they provide us with 4 options on price of windows.we went with the cheaper windows no money up front until they installed them.they look good and great quality.they did a nice job installing them and was very fast.will hire them again

If I ever have the need to move again, I would use them again. They were excellent. I do recommend them to all of my friends.

The salesman was very nice and easy to deal with. Then they company would call me every week to give me a update on how long the windows would be. From start to finish took about 3.5 weeks. The installers were young but knowledgeable and I really liked dealing with everyone. Id definetly use them again.
