Bill with Clarity Windows arrived exactly on time for our appointment. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about his product and presented an informative and impressive presentation about their signature triple pane window. He brought samples of the window frames and glass with him. I had several companies provide estimates for the replacement of the 10 windows in my home. I ended up choosing a general remodeling contractor for the job since he was doing other projects in my home. However, if I had only been replacing windows at the time, I would have chosen Clarity Windows for this job even though the price for triple pane windows was a little high. Clarity also offered a double pane window that was more in line with what I wanted to pay for replacement windows. Bill was an extremely nice person to talk with and I regret not being able to do business with him; it was a tough decision to choose another contractor.

My house was built around 1950 and the windows were original. During the winter the house was freezing and during the summer it was sweltering. I received estimates from several companies and I not only really liked the windows Clarity showed but I liked how attentive the salesperson was. They were more than happy to answer my questions and took the time to explain how their windows are constructed. I really appreciated this since windows are not cheap. There was a several week lag between order and install however Clarity either called or emailed me an update. The team who installed the windows were very courteous and put everything back. Great experience overall and highly recommend.

Excellent company. Salesman was very professional. Company sent me an email weekly with the progress of my order. The windows were installed on day promised and were completed in one day. The cleanup was pretty good and they called to make sure I was satisfied with the windows and the install the very next day. I would definitely use this company again, or recommend them to anyone wanting quality windows. My utility bill decreased by $100 the first month (partial month) and by $200 the following month, and the noise abatement is significant. I love these windows.

I called Clarity for a quote after receiving a quote from the company that had replaced my windows a few years earlier. Clarity was able to offer better doors at a much better price. The salesman was on time, professional, took the time to explain their triple paned products, and even demonstrated the energy properties. He explained the installation process quite thoroughly. The installer arrived on time, worked quietly and steadily the entire time. The doors came out, the new came in, trim around the doors was replaced, and some was added on the outside - just to make sure that no air was coming in and that there were no gaps whatsoever. All edges were chaulked with a very professional line (I just cannot do that and I am amazed at how smooth and good it looked!). He cleaned up inside and out, explained the doors, showed me how the extra security device worked that provides an extra lock on the inside, then hauled off the old doors. When the extreme cold weather hit later in the month, I was so thankful to have these awesome doors instead of those old single paned one. My two rooms stayed warm and toasty the whole time.

The salesman was very courteous and thorough. He spent about an hour and a half explaining in detail about how the windows are constructed and how they can save energy consumption. We contracted to replace 21 windows, replace an outside door with a window and replace a double window with a patio door. The installation took about two and a half days and was performed flawlessly by one installer! He not only replaced all of our windows, but did the carpentry work to swap the outside door for a window and to swap the double windows for a patio door as well. The outside door was in a living room with picture frame paneling - he did an excellent job matching the window and new picture frame molding to the paneling (he did not paint as we elected to have some one else do that). He also was able to match the outside siding very well. The patio door installation was also done very well. The installer left no mess behind. We are very pleased with the results. As far as utility savings are concerned, it has been difficult to determine if we really have saved as much as was "promised" (30-50%). I believe is is hard to determine unless you know exactly what the daily temperature was on any given month so you can compare it to the previous year. I have compared our monthly electricity costs to last years and so far haven't seen a significant difference. I will say that is seems like our central air unit doesn't come on as much as it used to.

I had been exploring many options since I am on a budget. From the home visit to the installation team, the whole experience was great. Even though I spent more that I intended, I definatley can tell the difference in the heating of my home. I would recommend them to anyone.

My wife was at home that day, so i'm not sure as to the name's of the 2 installers. She stated one was the lead and the other was more of a helper. They were in the cleanup mode when I got home (around 5). Other than a few scraps of insullation in the pool, their cleanup was very good.

The salesman was very unprofessional, used vulgarly language and was very pushy. We decided not to use them.

Clarity was very good. The weather was extremely hot and they worked their tails off. They were friendly and didn't seem to mind my hanging around and asking questions. After the instalation, I had 2 problems. One of the windows they replaced was rather wide and it sagged a bit in the middle within a couple of weeks of installation. They came back out promptly, identified the problem as a shipping issue with how the windows had been secured during shipment. They reordered at no cost. The second problem was that my city inspector did not approve the inspection of a huge single pane window on the side of our house. Clarity told me they had never failed an inspection before, and I believe it. The inspector was wrong. He thought the window had a broken seal and it did not. There was a small aesthetic issue with a "bump" in the rubber spacer between the panes of glass. I told Clarity that I could communicate with the inspector and get it passed, but they insisted on reordering and replacing it because of this small flaw. They returned and reinstalled both problem windows, which was almost as much work as the original installation. The big single pane window was incredibly heavy and difficult to move and replace and they did a great job. They were clean and caulked everything up nice. Would highly recommend.

They did fine. They answered all my questions. They were knowledgeable.

They install 3-4 windows once a year. They install huge windows for us. Last year, they installed 7-8 windows. Next year, they will install 5 huge windows. We have decided to stick with them because their windows are wonderful. I trust the man, who comes out to install the windows. I feel comfortable with him. He is very friendly. We spend $3500-$4000 each year. It takes them the whole day to install 7 windows. So far, the windows have been easy to install. We have a huge arch window in our bedroom. It will be a difficult one and it will be the last one to be installed. We had interviewed three companies for the job. We were more satisfied with this company. We were satisfied with their answers to our questions and with their knowledge of their supplies and windows. We were very impressed with them. Their price was worth it too. We had one window that had a problem and they came back and tried to fix it. After the rain, they came back again and tried to figure it out. Finally, they said that it was ridiculous and got us a new window. Now, there is no problem. They don?t make you feel like you are being a pain. They stand by their product. We will continue to use them again in the future.

Installation took about 2 days. You do have to touch up interior paint in spots, but really no big deal. Our house is so much quieter, less drafty, and more efficient. Our bills have dropped considerably. The office staff and installers couldn't have been better people. They were all very friendly and courteous. I wish we had taken care of this years ago.

I had used another co. in the past to replace some other windows but these guys are GREAT. There price was just a little more than the lowest bid but when I found out that I would be able to communicate with the installer and them with me that sealed the deal, it is a much better experience when you can ask questions during the process and very very much worth the small difference in price. The communication from the company was great, weekly updates leading up to the installation.

The workers at Clarity Windows are very nice and very punctual. They are very professional. I have had no problems with them so far.

Great experience, but we ended up going with someone else(this time).

I was traveling, so I sent an email to three different companies Sean from Clarity Windows called me within the hour. We set up an appointment the week of Christmas. Sean came to our home and explained in great detail our choices for windows. He listened to my needs; we needed full screens because of our roof line (hail)and our houses faces west (sun). Sean helped us chose the right windows for our house. We ordered the windows and every Friday without fail, someone from Clarity would call us and keep us informed on the status of our windows. Our windows were installed about 3 weeks after we ordered them. Pete installed them. What a great guy! Works by himself and works tirelessly. He did a great job. Our house is made of concrete, and Pete had to cut out all of the old windows and as you can imagine there was a lot of dust. Pete did EVERYTHING in his power to help cut down on the dust. Pete did a great job of cleaning up. The install took two days. One the first day, Sean came by and checked on our progress and on the 2nd day, the owner came by and Sean called to make sure we were happy. A week later, I have heard from Sean AGAIN, just to make sure we were happy with everything!

They were very nice, but the price was a little high. They were on time and professional and gave us options.

I bought a fixer-upper house in Plano 3 years ago. The house was built in 1973 and had the original aluminum windows that looked horrible and let in cold air in the winter. I had lots of windows and decided to replace them as I had money available to do so. The first 8 windows I replaced using two different contractors. The first one had a poor instillation and inferior quality windows. The second contractor broke all of my windows and made a mess of my house with glass everywhere. I wanted to replace the remaining 6 windows, but was afraid to use the previous contractors. I joined Angie's list and my first project was to find a contractor to replace the remaining windows. Clarity Windows came to my house and promised that I would be satisfied with the windows and the instillation. Sean showed me a great quality window and I researched the windows on the internet. Since Sean promised that I would be satisfied and I knew that Angie's list had a good reputation, I decided to order the windows. I was called promptly when the windows came in. The staff at Clarity were very respectful of my difficult schedule and made arrangements for the windows to be installed at a convenient time for me. After my previous experiences I was concerned about the quality of the instillation. The installer arrived on time and I was able to go to my office while he completed the work. Sean even came by my house to check on everything because I had to go to my office and could not be there while the windows were being installed. The installer worked efficiently and cleaned up everything perfectly and even locked my house when he finished. They did a great job and the windows are beautiful and work perfectly. I wish I had known about them when I first started replacing the windows. I would definitely use them again.

I received three bids from vinyl window replacement companies. Clarity Window s bid was 33% less than one, and about 20% less than the other. Their ratings on Angie s list were also higher, A versus Bs and Cs for the others. The energy efficiency ratings of their windows were also higher. Hmm, better windows for less money. This decision was a no-brainer. The owner of the company came by before installation to make sure all of my questions were answered and to double check everything. They have their own installers as opposed to one of the other companies, who subs out installation. The person who came and measured the windows is the same person who installed them. When they were through, there was no trace that they had been at my house except for the new windows. I am very satisfied.

Everything turned out great. Their prices were almost the lowest of the estimates that I got, and I liked their salesman better so I went with them. I was happy with their work.
