+ -1 moreThey are excellent. They seem to have good prices and are amiable to talk with. They were reasonably priced. The salesman was very amiable and I thought you got more houses for the money than any other builder that I have dealt with. I would consider them in the future or buy a house from them.

+ -1 moreThe sales rep was very knowledgeable , professional , and friendly. I knew I would like working with them. You get a lot for the money compared to other builders.
Description of Work: I looked a Bloomfield when I was looking at home. I just did not want to build as far out as they build. I LOVED their home. I would build one in a heart beat if they were in an are I wanted to live. (Carrollton or north Dallas) They have some of the most creative and beautiful homes on the market for the money. I am sad they are so far north.

+ -1 moreIt is a great company to deal with. They build a nice product. They are willing to make modifications to the homes for my clients and lot of builders will not do that. Their price is good and you get pretty good value for your money. I like their flexibility in providing what my clients want like small changes in blue prints. I would use them again in the future too.
Description of Work: I am a realtor and I use Bloomfield Homes to help my clients buy homes. I last used their service in July.
