+ -1 moreFirst class service. Karl (owner) is a delight to deal with. Professional, intelligent, respectful, gave good realistic advice, worked with us on pricing, made it clear that his first goal is to provide an excellent service to the customer. Very good at listening, very good at handling clients, could not be more helpful in any aspect of the project. Good at suggesting solutions for issues, helped me find a way to get my door handles extended top fit the blinds. Always on time, always did what he said he would. Very comforting top know that he would always fix any issues in the future. Also said he would come back and check that the blinds were ok once the door handles had been fixed. Karl goes above and beyond to keep the client well taken care of. We have worked with a nu,ber of blind companies since we have been in the metroplex and this is definitlely the best we have seen.
Description of Work: Advised on new blinds for our window treatments. Also recommended provider for curtains.

+ 0 moreGreat experience. He came in for measurements, gave us quotes and had the shutters installed exactly within the time frame he gave us. Very happy.
Description of Work: We had shutters installed for the entire 1st floor of our home. Karl and his team did an amazing job. They were always on time and did such a professional job. Karl was always availble to answer questions and even helped us repair some blinds we have upstairs, that they did not install. We highly recommend his company to anyone thinking about having shutters installed.
