HE WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE COST OF OVER 300 DOLLARS WAS WAY TOO MUCH FOR THE TIME SPENT

They have on time policy so you don’t have to wait long. They are professional.

Ben Franklin reported that to fix my leaking pipe they would charge me $1200. The plumber then said he recommended doing a total line replacement and that would cost me $5000. When I asked him if this was his house what would he do and he said total line replacement. I told him I would need to think about it. Then later in conversation he reported this happened and his house and that he just fixed the leak because he did not want to dig up yard. Two different stories. I had another company come out and do the work and they fixed the leak for $325.

Ben Franklin staff, especially Don, were very professional and kept us abreast of this several week long repair process. They were very accommodating to our schedule and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. They explained exactly what was being one and why throughout the whole process.
