 + -1 moreIt's locally owned and I think they took more care in meeting our needs then big box stores; we did shop around. They took time to understand our needs and gave us options, we asked for recommendations for contractors to build the kitchen and their recommendation was awesome.
Description of Work: We purchased cabinets and drawers for an outside kitchen. They also recommended the builder that built the kitchen and he was great.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They replaced the wooden parts with plastic. I shouldn't have to have any work done on it again. The person who did the work was very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

gas logs
 + -1 moreWe did online research about converting our fireplace (which has a gas starter) to gas logs and discovered that most gas logs are convenient but do not radiate much warmth in a room. Through the online research we discovered that a new line of gas logs produced by Hargrove logs radiate more warmth from the fire than most other products. The Hargrove website showed BBQ Outfitters in Southlake as a retail dealer. The trip to BBQ Outfitters was approximately 40 minutes from our home but worth the effort because we could not be more pleased with the Hargrove Cross Timber logs and the service we received from BBQ Outfitters. Our living room has a high ceiling but the new gas logs warm the room much better than our previous wood-burning fireplace and are more convenient to use.
Description of Work: David Gruble from BBQ Outfitters installed gas logs on a timely and efficient basis. He came as scheduled and installed the logs. After a few days we experienced a problem which we later realized was not related to the installation but David returned to our west Fort Worth home from Southlake at no extra charge to check the problem. He was very professional and helpful and later called to determine if we were satisfied with the logs and the installation.
