Outstanding. Attic Butler was very professional, honest, and met all their commitments. Very pleased with the project and results. This was a significant safety project for the house, our old attic latter was wooden and was simply not designed to last. One of my family members or I was going to get hurt when trying to climb the ladder to the attic with boxes, bins, etc. Attic Butler installed a new, robust ladder made of metal/aluminum with something like 700 pound rating (vs. 250 pound rating on my old ladder), plus the lift system, plus safety railings, flooring and LED lighting up in attic. With this project, we significantly increased the safety around storage. Our old set-up was a serious accident waiting to happen.

It was pleasure having him do the work. He was on time, a little early actually, and got right to work. When he unpacked the ladder it was damaged and he got a new one and returned right away. The was no "well I need to reschedule." conversation. The work was done in a little over an hour. We talked and he explained what he found and what he was doing as he went along. But, he never stopped working and was very professional. He charged what we agreed to and cleaned up completely. We are very satisfied with his work.

Called Jack on a Thursday to inquire about replacing the attic ladder in our garage. Was very friendly over the phone, gave me an overview of what would be involved, and was able to get an appointment for Monday. Corresponded via text message with a few follow up questions before installation - VERY responsive! On the day of installation, he texted me to let me know when he was on his way with an ETA. Arrived on time, introduced himself, and got to work. He was as friendly in person as he was on the phone, and got the job done in about 70 minutes all by himself. Cost shown included removing and hauling off the old wooden ladder, and replacing it with a new, much more sturdy aluminum ladder which he provided. Would definitely recommend.

I had a new door installed to the attic instead of a replacement door. Attic butlers installed and framed the new door and made recommendation for light in attic. They were punctual, professional and did a good job.

Jack did a great job and was super-fast about it. He swapped out two ladders in about 2.5 hours time.

Jack did excellent work. Our garage attic ladder was unstable & wobbly, Jack replaced the old wooden ladder with a medal one with a higher load level. We had a scuttle hole access in a closet in the house, but we added attic access in the hallway for easier access, also with a medal ladder, he replaced a light that needed to be relocated with two recessed lights. Extremely happy with the results. Definitely would use again if needed.

It is called a lift for your garage. They were excellent. The price is very reasonable as compared to other people offering the same.

Jack was punctual on both visits (quote & install). He had to be creative by reducing the existing opening that attic stairs once occupied to fit the lift. Instead of drywalling the space, he installed vents which will allow airflow to our attic. We are very pleased with the product and install. Thanks Jack.

The whole job went without a hitch. Jack arrived right when he said he would, went right to work on the installation, and figured out how to make my desired location work. Because of the limitations on where I wanted the overhead storage unit, the work took him a little longer than he had expected, but he kept at it and got the job done. He was also very pleasant to talk with while he was doing the work.
