Matthew was very professional and honest as well as prompt. He gave a quote almost $1000 cheaper than a high rated Angie's list competitor and had a more effective plan in my opinion. Work was done as promised and Matthew followed up when the work was done by coming by and walking through everything with me and even had his guys come back out to fix some small cosmetic things. When one zone of the sprinkler system didn't work the guys worked over 6 hours to make sure everything was working properly at no extra charge because he felt like it was the right thing to do. Also, when the slab removal was more involved and took several more man hours than planned, no additional charge was made. Matthew is a good Christian man and a "good ol boy." I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

He came over here but his estimate was a little higher than I was expecting. I felt the rate per hour that they wanted was a little expensive. Quality of service was fair. They showed up when they were supposed to.

It went well, they stayed in contact during a brief delay from a job overrun, and once they showed up, they listened to my issue, and everything I had already done, and then troubleshot the issue and resolved! It ended up being a whole piece of wire that got chopped during the dig, and they were able to get a new piece in quickly, and with little ground disturbance, to fix the issue. The tech, Noe, was easy to work with and quick to find a solution. Thanks!

There was a miscommunication about grinding the stump and the price of it. Over all I was satisfied. They came out immediately. They did what they needed to do. They are great people, I have never had a problem. They are punctual. they will call me ahead of time.

This is a great company and the only one I will keep in my database for future sprinkler work. They are not the cheapest by any means but I believe they are a good value just by the professional nature of their employees and their work. Trustworthy and quality - they do what they say and say whet they do!

My drainage system was installed in 2007 to prevent water from standing beneath my pier and beam home. The installer refused to clean out the system and recommended a company in Dallas. They refused to travel to my home. I tried to clean the system and it was pitiful. With all the rain we had received in June, I was determined to find someone to clean the drains. Andy's Sprinkler was one of three listed. The bid was acceptable, but I did inform Jill that I would also contact two more companies. She had no problem with that at all. The second one, even though he is here in Fort Worth, keeps banker's hours. I passed on him. The third one claimed to cover all of Tarrant County, but when I told them my location, I was informed that I was "too far" from them. Really? The last time I looked at a map of Texas, I was still living in Tarrant County. Oh, well. Now I am wondering if that was the company I contacted in 2008... Then I called Jill and we set up the appointment. No trip charge! God bless them! The price was right and I knew it would take more than an hour to get the job done correctly. I will be a repeat customer for Andy's Sprinkler, period, end of story.

Very easy going and professional work performed at a very reasonable price.

It went well. Andy's identified all the problems and fixed them.

The crew checked out all zones, adjusted the heads, ckecked for dry spots in the yard, and replaced four heads that were badly clogged. The sprinkler head that would not pop up was replaced at no cost since it had been having issues since not long after the system was installed. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to take care of that issue with no hassle.

The service was good. In the back yard I had a head that was broken that was hard to spot. He inspected all of the sprinklers and made suggestions. He replaced my old sprinkler system box with a new more modern one. They were the company who initially installed my sprinkler system in the past.

They repaired all the sprinkler issues and told us what we needed for drains. Explained why our plants were dying, (Due to drainage issues) Quoted for one area and promised an additional quote for other drains. They were one of the most professional contractors we have ever worked with. I look forward to their return and I will share our experience as I am sure it will be great.

Determined the problem on our own and canceled the appointment. We are going to try and fix ourselves and if not able, will call Andy's.

It went very well. They got here when they said they would. They had three guys with them. They fixed everything and gave us a reasonable price.

He told me what problems my sprinkler system had and provided me with a quote before starting any work. He then replaced a couple of broken sprinkler heads, replaced a controller, adjusted sprinkler heads for distribution and set my sprinkler system timer. He was very professional, curteous and I was very satisfied with the work.

They do very good work and I’d recommend them. I’ve had them out several times and they always do a great job. They’re on time and give me lots of different options.

Everything went well. They were pretty responsive. I don’t recall having to wait a long time for them to come out.

Everything turned out well. Scheduling was easy, two knowledgeable technicians arrived on time, and they did a good job with the repairs.

The work was done in a timely manner. When it wasn't working, I called them and they offered to come out and fix it for an additional fee since the warranty had expired.

It was okay. I do not remember anything negative about them. I paid more than the Big Deal amount because they had to replacement; the deal was only for inspection.

They checked all of the sprinkler heads and replaced a few heads that were leaking and causing problems. We paid a fair fee for the new sprinkler heads. We were happy with their service. They were very professional.

They did fine but they were supposed to send somebody else to give me an estimate on some additional work and they never showed up. They never returned my calls. That was very unprofessional and I think that their reason was because they were from Carrollton and I am here in Bedford but I would have appreciated it if they could have been honest and said, "Look, it is too far. You are probably better off getting somebody closer." But they did what they said that they were going to do and they were prompt. They also did not charge me more than the price of the deal. If they had called me back and had been honest with me, I would have given them an 'A' for their overall grade but as it is, I am going to have to give them a 'C' because they did not get back to me on that other stuff. Their price was very reasonable. If they were closer to me, I would probably use them again in the future.
