They were great! Showed up exactly on time and did not try to sell us anything we did not really need.

They did a great job and did it very quick.

The sprinkler system on our property was there since the house was built in 1985, so it was in pretty bad shape. They arrived when they said they would, and the job took as long as predicted. The cost and services were clearly set prior to them starting work. In addition, they fixed some unexpected problems at no additional charge. They had to replace some of the pipes, all sprinkler heads and some of the wiring. They were able to fix everything so it still worked with our current electronic sprinkler timer. I am very happy with their work. It is a year later and the sprinkler system is in perfect working order. I highly recommend them.

They switched out 4 or 5 heads, did some adjusting and quoted on adding a drip system. There are more dry/burnt areas in the lawn than before they came, careless, not engaged. I've since had to swap heads and adjust myself. They were in a big hurry, obviously had to run to the next victim. My job was very unimportant to them. I spend $15k with Andy's 8 years ago and everything went fantastic. But seems to be the classic story of a small company that did great work, word spread, success came, they grew, but the new crews haven't maintained the quality and customer service that make the company successful in the first place. I've since switched to a smaller outfit that still works that way. The new guy's work is exceptional and the cost is much more affordable. He actually cares, like Andy USED to...

The young man that came out was very nice and cleared my drains that were stopped up. Was efficient and would used them again.

I was not happy. They sold me a $100 control center for $700 and only gave me back a $100 refund after I brought it up. They didn't ask any questions. They were quick and fixed the issue, but they threw away the old controller rather than asking if we wanted to keep it.

In May when they came they cleaned a surface drained and checked the other outside drains to observe the water flow. They gave us an estimate to repair old pipes and add more surface drains. They were thorough, polite and professional. We were pleased with them and wanted them to perform the job they estimated. Friday July 3, 2015 we contacted them and asked them to come and do the job they had estimated. They said they would come on Monday July 6, 2015. They did not show up or called so I called the company they next day and was told a message was going to be given to the person who had came to my house in May, 2015 but today is July 15, 2015 and they have not called or showed up yet.

The work was well done although a bit pricey. The do give a one year warranty.

I worked with Danny Richter, and he was awesome. I had a ton of questions, and he answered each and every question. By the time the work was started, I felt confident that this was the correct solution. A drain was installed almost from the front curb to the back alley with 10 catch basins, Two gutter down spouts were tied into the drain. All of this drains into a sump pump in the back yard. A separate pipe drains from the sump pump out into the street at the front of the house. The system has been tested thoroughly with all our rain, and it is perfect. I've put in sod where I previously had nothing but mud covered with mold and mildew, and it smelled horrible. It has now been several weeks, and the sod is healthy - I have grass instead of mud! The crew arrived promptly each day. Once the drain work was complete, they shaped the ground just enough that the water drains into each catch basin perfectly. The dirt was very carefully smoothed and packed down. When they started, they very carefully set aside any St. Augustine that was removed for the work, and then all that was put back when they were done. When the job was complete, what grass they were able to save looked great, and clean up was perfect. I highly recommend Andy's. Ask for Danny!

Based on an A rating with Angie's List I called Andy's on a Saturday (6/13/15) and got an answering machine. I left a brief message along with my name and telephone number. I never received a call back. On Wednesday, 6/24/15, I called again and this time got an answer by a young woman. I explained I had called before and left a message but got no return call - her response was - "Okay. What do you need?" Her manner was very brusque and bordered on curt and abrupt. I explained my issues and she said the soonest she could get someone out would be July 6th. I asked if there was a fee to come out and assess the problem - yes, $95. I asked about free estimates and was told no free estimates. I chose not to do business with this company based on the way I was treated on the telephone, the long delay in getting someone to the house and the cost of initial assessment. I will not be calling them again.

Andy was great, very polite and sorry that he couldn't get to my house to help me out. I would use him if he were near me, was very informative and polite.

I called them in the fall and asked if I could have them come out and give me an estimate for an installation. They told me they don't do installs in the fall. I wanted an estimate so I could arrange my finances in advance. The person I spoke to was polite enough but said they would not do even that in the fall. I set a reminder based on that call and on what I had seen on here. I called back in April they told me they do not do installs in the spring. Don"t use them there general level of unprofessionalism was surprising based on there five star rating here.

I called because my back yard pressure looked low to me and I assumed that we had a leak in the front yard in a low spot. They looked everything over and found a few faulty heads and one head that was leaking. Fixed everything -- I have used Andy for years and recommend them to friends. Extremely professional and reasonable prices.

It went well. They guarantee their work and will come back out for any issues.

Service preformed in timely manner and to my satisfaction. My dissatisfaction came when I was quoted for additional work. I had received a quote from them in May 2013 for drip irrigation. The price quoted was $700 - $750. (I have the quote in writing) The new quote was for over $1400, a 100% increase. I talked to Matthew at Andys Sprinkler and he told me prices had increased by about 20%. The technician showed me the pricing sheet and he quoted me based on company prices. Matthew offered to come and see if we could compromise. I asked if that was not being dishonest with his other customers. The technician also showed me new pricing to start soon that is one price with labor included. Just some basic calculations showed that the work currently performed would have been significantly more based on the new calculations. I have used this company for 2 year but no more.

The big deal turned out fair. There were no additional charges other than the big deal price. They seemed to do a pretty good job, but then we started noticing that there were areas that were not getting sprinkles, but it was okay for the money we paid. I am not sure that it was due to them, or it was just our sprinkler system. We got what we paid for, but you could do that yourself if you had a couple of people to go round and make sure each one was working. If I have done what we had done again, but if I wanted other work on the sprinkler system, I would call them.

Utilized the 24 hour service/emergency availability due to not having water in the home for a day in a half. Noel was able to come to my home later Sunday afternoon to repair/restore water to the house. He was professional, quick, and quite knowledgeable. In a matter of half an hour all was corrected. Even better was that the emergency service wasn't as ridiculously priced as many other companies were trying to charge. Wonderful company and wouldn't hesitate to utilize them again.

It was okay. They did the work but I think it was supposed to be a free check up and then kind of on the back-in tried to charge me again for the checkup. I did call somebody from the company and they reimbursed me that money. They seemed knowledgeable and the quality of their work was good. I got another gentleman later and he did some work for me too and he was a bit less expensive. But honestly I can't tell you that the quality of his work was so much better. They came at the appointed time.

Everything worked fine. They were good. The price was reasonable.

They were very good and they did the work in an hour and half. They discovered the problem with the broken valve. We saw some water in the yard and they figured it out.

I used them once during the summer and once during the fall. They handled themselves in a professional manner. They did a good work and easy to trust.

Scheduling was quick and they came out within a couple days. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Everything turned out fine.

It went fine. They did what we asked them. The pricing was wonderful.

For $ 47.00 he did his job. He came out and made the sprinkler system worked and I thought that was real good.
