Description of Work: I've used Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage & Lighting. They checked the sprinkler head and replaced a blown head so there was a lot of digging.

Description of Work: He arrived on time. He was very professional, went over my entire sprinkler system and made the necessary repairs which, we're extremely reasonable. I appreciated his honest appraisal and I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friend s and neighbors!

Description of Work: They were about 45 minutes late. They called me about 15 minutes after my appointment time asking to reschedule. I had taken off work to meet them so I declined. So they came out about 45 minutes after my originally scheduled appointment. They replaced two valves and one manifold but they did not have time to finish locating my other valves or finish my overall tune up. They had to get back to the appointment they had left to come to my house. | |The team leader was knowledgeable but too busy. His assistant did not speak English and he must not have understood my request to raise the valve box because it is still 3.5" - 4" below ground and it is slowly melting back into the ground so it will be hard to find again. | |The price was reasonable if the service had been better and if they had finished the tune up and valve location. However, I feel like I paid for Cadillac service but received below average service. I would give them another chance and use them again because I would like to think this was unusually poor service for their company. I like to think it was just a busy time for them.

Description of Work: Tried to get my sprinklers to work but because of previous shoddy workmanship it could not be repaired. I am still waiting on a quote for a new system.

Description of Work: Requested repair of two sprinkler heads which they did but they really wanted to do a complete sprinkler system assessment. They told me they had several suggestions and adjustments which would save me money and I told them to provide me that info in writing and we would review and decide what we could afford to do later. They fixed the two heads but did not provide me the suggestions.

Description of Work: I think they did a good job in a short amount of time (2-3 hrs). |They did a full completed system check and replaced 20+ pop ups and broken pipes in some of the area. Also added wireless rain/freeze sensor.

Description of Work: They replaced 5 heads that had crimped flex pipe under ground. They also replaced 2 nozzles to direct the water flow in a better direction. Lastly, he programmed the sprinkler schedule according to my city's rules.
