Dan and his team were on time and worked the entire time they were here. They explained everything they were doing and while offering suggestions for our system, they were not pushy. Very courteous, polite and professional. Labor and work are guaranteed for one year. Office staff is polite and phone calls are returned promptly. Highly recommend this company.

Andy's was scheduled to come between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM with a phone call 30 min prior to arrival. He instead phoned around 9:30 AM and said he was running ahead of schedule and would like to come if it was OK. He was very courteous. The technician began working the moment he received instructions from me. We had not intended on replacing the controller, but it was in bad shape. They had the contoller on their truck so we did not have to wait. While one guy was changing out heads, the other was installing the controller. I was sure that they would run over one hour, but surprisingly they were done right at 1hr. The majority of the $465 came from the controller - which would be expected. The tech even offered a suggestion that saved us money. I was very impressed with our technician. I have already recommended this company to others.

It was pretty bad. They're VERY busy (at least three months back). They had a difficult time even calling me back. When they did, they weren't organized. Sounds like a good company if you're not calling at this time of year (April). They really need to adapt their business model to the business environment.

EXCELLENT. JUSTIN WAS ON TIME TO THE MINUTE, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING AS THEY DID IT. WHERE THEY ADDED THE ZONE, I HAVE ONLY ABOUT AN INCH OF TOP SOIL, AFTER THAT IT IS ROCK. IT TOOK LONGER THAN THEY EXPECTED, THEY KEPT TO THE ESTIMATE AND LINED MY GARDEN AREA WITH THE ROCKS THEY DUG UP. IT LOOKS NICE. THEY ALSO ADJUSTED ALL THE SPRINKLER HEADS SO I AM GETTING BETTER COVERAGE.

LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE LATE (ONLY 30 MIN.) AND WHY. A CREW OF TWO WORKED VERY HARD, FAST AND EFFICIENTLY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WERE VERY BUSINESS LIKE, YET FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE JOB WAS A QUALITY PRODUCT AND THE COST WELL WORTH THE RESULTS.

THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE THE NEXT DAY AFTER CONTACTING THEM; HOWEVER, SINCE THEY ONLY ACCEPTED CASH OR CHECK, I NEEDED TO FIND A COMPANY THAT COULD ACCEPT CREDIT CARD AT THAT TIME. MY LIMITED DEALING WITH THEM WAS POSITIVE. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM CONTACTING THEM IF I NEEDED THIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.

EFFICIENT, WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

CORY WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. I ENDED UP HAVING QUITE A BIT MORE WORK DONE THAN I'D INTENDED, BUT ALL OF IT WAS NECESSARY, AND ALL OF IT WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE. GREAT CARE WAS TAKEN TO AVOID TEARING UP THE YARD WHEN RELOCATING SPRINKLER HEADS, AND CORY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL MY OPTIONS, AND WHY THINGS NEEDED TO BE DONE. I WAS ENTIRELY SATISFIED.

GREAT ON THE PHONE, QUICK APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING, SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME THE NEXT MORNING, UNIFORMED AND COURTEOUS PERSONNEL. NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING CREW LEADER (WHICH IS ALL TOO RARE FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE, IN THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY). MADE FOR EASY AND ACCURATE DISCUSSION OF THE PROBLEM AND THE REPAIRS NEEDED.

THE CREW WAS ON-TIME AND COMPLETED THE PROJECT IN A TIMELY MANNER. OUR DRAINAGE PROBLEM WAS ACCURATELY ACCESSED AND THE PROPER SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED. THEIR OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS WERE THOROUGH.
