I thought it was fine until I got the bill in the mail for the addional charges

Daniel was the guy who came out to do the work. He was excellent. They had a special and we found them through Angie’s list. We spent about $400 for their services. Daniel was a very nice young man. He was very soft spoken. They surveyed it and they said they could do it that day, which was amazing. They were very neat and clean. It didn’t look like our yard was dug up or anything. He had a helper too. They both were very good. I would tell others about the quality of their work. They were very good with following up on our request to come out to do the work immediately. We paid a little bit more because we had the sensor alert put on. However, it would have been very reasonable if they did just the maintenance on our heads. The quality was excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They set an appointment, showed up early. They did the work right and the price was right. He was very courteous and personable.

It was great. They got here early, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it all just as fast. Very professional and neat.

I spent about $100 for their service and it was fine. The job done turned out well. In Dallas/Fort Worth we had a drought issue and a lot of the lawns were burnt. When we had the follow up done with them, we didn’t know if it was an issue with the sprinkler or the heat because of the sun. However, the people from Andy's Sprinkler squeezed us within 48 hours; so that was great and we appreciated them. They were able to bump up the follow up visit. When they came out, they only charged us to replace one of the heads. They didn’t charge the service call fee; so that was a plus. They also talked to us about the brown spots on the lawn. They asked us if they could re-program the watering time with our permission and they bumped it up, but the grass came back. We appreciated that as well because it was starting to turn all over. They were very courteous and professional too.

The controller was not working properly. Andy's agreed and offered to replace it. Showed me a bed area not being reached and suggested adding 2 pop-ups.

Daniel was prompt, knowledgable, informative, and professional. We had recently moved into our new (older) home which has an existing sprinkler system. We never had one before and didn't quite know how to use it. My husband kept trying to figure it out and after spending some time with it, pretty much did finally figure some of it out. But, it really helped having Daniel go over it with him. He gave my husband some helpful tips that we didn't know about. And, since it was an existing system, we were glad to have Daniel check it out for us. We want to add additional sprinklers to our back yard and asked for a quote on the price. We were quoted a price of (up to) $1,600 for 2 additional stations. Daniel explained that it would be best to add two additional stations instead of adding sprinklers to the existing ones, as that would cause a decrease in the water pressure. We don't really know how much these things go for, but after Daniel explained what all would be involved in the installation, it seems fair. My husband was very impressed with the explainatin of the installation and definately wants to use this company to install them when we are ready to schedule the work. Thank you Daniel!

I had read the reviews which are very good, and was expecting good service, yet was pleasantly surprised. When I called to setup an appointment, there weren't many questions asked other than just setting a time. I was a little concerned with the rate/hour, however didn't realise that 3 guys would show up. They put an additional 2 sprinkler heads which included running a line to them and replaced a couple others all this in about 1:30 mins. Was very happy with their work, they were efficient and cleaned up realy well, could barely tell they had even dug a trench to bury the pipe. Very professional, I would absolutely recommend them, they cleaned up and left my yard in great shape.

Not well. I felt that being quoted $200 per hour to come out and diagnose the problem was ridiculous. I did not use their services.

They were too high so I didn’t contact them. There was a special on Angie’s List and they came out and checked the system. When they came out, they told me what was wrong with my system. At first, I thought he was going to replace the entire system for the price that the guy gave me. He spoke to my husband and said that he wasn’t really replacing the system. I felt his price was too much. He was very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He seemed very interested in it. He was a knaggy and my husband is a knaggy so they hit it off right away. I don’t have any complaints about him, his knowledge and the way he did the business. There were no issues with him at all. I wouldn’t consider them for another estimate based on the price that they quoted.

Our entire irrigation system was broken in many places, including a lake in the middle of the yard (hate to see the water bill this month). They were able to rearrange their schedule to get us in. Daniel and his crew member were wonderful and worked many hours on finding broken wires, heads, dead areas, etc. They were amazing.Daniel took the time to talk to us about the proper programming of the controller. He gave us a pretty accurate estimate of how much it would cost at the start. I would highly recommend Andy's.

They were very good. They were very responsive and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. They did a very efficient job. They worked very hard to make it look perfect. I am very happy with them. The workers were very professional and precise. They handed the whole thing well. They were amazing. I took a lot of pictures because I was amazed with the work that they were doing. They were fast as well. I’ve recommended them to a bunch of my neighbors here and I would definitely use them again in the future.

The 2 man crew showed up on time, and I explained that I have had high water bills, so there is a leak somewhere. Bob Billings and his partner went right to work, and determined that the leak was not in the sprinkler system, but in the main water line to the house. They cleaned off some the heads, adjusted the sprinkler settings, and finished the job. They then took the time to detect exactly where the leak was in my front yard, which made it much easier for me to explain the problem to the plumber that I had to call. I highly recommend Andy's Sprinkler for any job.

We had a special big deal plan with them. Their work was a bore. The people who came did arrive on time which I appreciated and they were very prompt but they did not know the details of the big deal. They tried to charge me again when I had already paid through the big deal. They told me that certain things of the big deal advertise were included basically. They were suppose to adjust the sprinkler heads which they said that they will do it in fifteen minutes but if it goes over fifteen minutes I had to pay $22 for every fifteen minutes they go over. That was never the fine print of the big deal. They are just not motivated to work fast because they know they're going to get more money if they work slowly. The whole thing was to up sell the stuff, they were very high priced. I guess if you know what you are getting and if you know how much is going to cost you, then you are fine. They could have done anything I wanted on a sprinkler system because they had three or four guys come out on the truck. They could have got it done, no doubt about it and would have been a good work. They said there was a little intimation that wasn't mentioned on the big deal. I thought it was a under handed way just to get into your house and try to up sell you. If I don't know how much it's going to cost before you start, I'm not going to give you permission to do whatever you want to do. I thought whatever they were going to do was included in the package. My sprinkler had busted, I had to call someone out and it was just a straight deal. They didn't do any work for me. They were on time but other than that there was nothing really redeeming. I may have got a bad crew.

I was very impressed with the personnel and their professionalism and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

We liked them. They were very nice. We had a coupon and we didn't think we got a great deal off the coupon. They said they charge over $23 per 15 minutes. The coupon was $50 for a check and it only lasted about 20 minutes at the most. We paid for labor so we didn't even get up the amount that we paid for the coupon. They were professional and did a great job. Their services were fine and we had no issues with their services. For what we got we didn't think the deal was great. They couldn't get one to fit in correctly and he was kind enough to not charge us because they spent another 15 minutes because it wasn't working the way they expected it to. He put it back the way it was and he was kind enough not to charge us for the extra time. He just charged for the first 15 minutes and the parts. They were very friendly, very polite and professional. They came on time and did the job very efficiently. They were knowledgeable. The overall experience was positive. The price was more expensive than we were expecting. We would use them again if we had any major issues.

I was very pleased with the work. Daniel showed up with a crew of two. They quickly mapped out all the sprinkler heads, ran through every zone and located the problems. They had to dig up lawn to replace the 4 valves and do some PVC work. I know that one of the holes was fairly wide but when they were done you really couldn't tell the lawn had been disturbed. I was very pleased that Daniel took the time to program each zone specifically for what was being watered and how much sun that zone got, something I never did. I had all the zones running the same amount of time. For some people this would probably result in a water savings but since I wasn't watering any zone long enough, for me, it will probably mean a higher water bill overall (but no water wasted watering the fence and the patio) yet a better looking lawn. I don't really know if they price is a good price or not because this is the first irrigation system I ever had which is why I gave them a B. I went with Andy's because a friend had highly recommended them. I was very pleased and will use them again.

They charged a $90 minimum trip charge, which counted for an hour of on-site work, plus the cost of supplies. They fixed the electrical problem quickly, and so they ran a sprinkler system diagnostic and replaced four problematic sprinkler heads. They normally send out worker in pairs to keep the jobs efficient (one at the sprinkler, one at the controller unit). Not only did they do a great job, they called a week later to make sure that I was still happy with the service. Excellent company!

Not well. They tried to do a lot of upselling at prices that were pretty high. They also tried to collect for a fee for the tune up that I had already paid Angie's list for. When I told them I had already paid Angie's list for the tune up fee, they called their office to confirm and did not double charge me. I had already given them the coupon, so they should have known. Basically, I saw this tune up as an opportunity for them to sell overpriced services.

Bob and his partner arrived and got to work immediately. While I was explaining to Bob what my sprinkler system problems were his partner began to test each sprinkler zone and "flag" the sprinklers that needed attention. We discussed each problem, Bob gave me the repair options, and we agreed on what needed to be done. He then joined his partner in the repair proceedures. They both conferred with me from time to time and then it was all done. Each and every place where they dug into the ground was replaced with the turf and soil to look undisturbed! These guys were very friendly, very busy, and did a great job!

They did a really good job. They were here to fix the broken pipes. They advised that I had to have a rain gauge or something like that installed by January. It was when they were here that they actually installed the sprinkler head in another area of my yard and fixed another pipe. I think I got a deal through Angie?s List just for installing the gauge and was very surprised at how cheap it was. The work was very good. I had certain drainage issues in my yard and things like that, and I had some questions about them. The guy took a long time to explain what that would entail to fix and also said it was probably not worth it. At some point, I think I was paying by the hour, but he certainly did not charge for a lot of the time that he took to explain. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I sent them a service request by email and was contacted in about 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for Friday between 1 and 3 PM. They called me the day before and 30 min before to confirm the appointment. They came right one time and finished the job in about 45 min and showed me what they were fixing. They used Rainbird heads to replace the 8 bad ones I had and also adjusted the spray pattern and direction for better coverage. Total cost was 175 - $20 coupon on their website.

Andy's Sprinkler system first repaired our system sending out a two man crew who worked diligently for about 2 hours and they did a great job and were very professional. We later needed another fix and immediately called out the same crew who repaired the system and were very courteous. This repair needed additional work and Andy's stood by their work and went above and beyond the call of duty. Andy personally called me back promptly and sent out a Regional manager that again was most courteous and professional and he immediately sent out a crew to make the needed repairs.
