Matt responded promptly and consistently kept us informed about the timeline for work. He was professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. The work looks great.
Description of Work: Matt applied texture and paint to a front porch and back patio (about 250 square feet).

Not only does this company do it right the first time, they go above and beyond. While they had the power washer out here the first day, Matt saw mold on the brick work of my cabana. Silly me. I just thought it was dirt. He also saw some mold on the garage door area. He cleaned both of them. No extra charge. This guy is such a pleasure to work with. When he came out to go over the whole finished project, he gave me detailed explanations on how to clean up the deck later on down the road. 8:1 muriatic acid in a 5 gallon bucket. Use a push broom on the deck and then hose it down. Wow! The work he did was so great! I was very pleased and can't believe this company is not on Angie's List already!!! He also has an alternate phone number of 214-532-5962. That's the one I always used even though he is in Southlake.
Description of Work: I was having my pool renovated. As always seems to happen, I decided that with the pool all spruced up, the deck was looking dingy. The company that did the pool remodel recommended Matt Randall and American Concrete and Resurfacing. To save me money, Accent Pools of Arlington, had me deal directly with Matt. He came out and looked at my decking. He told me what he thought needed re-painting and what he thought he could just get by with a power wash. I have a huge patio and decking around a 43' long pool. And the whole covered patio is also a large area. I pointed out to Matt some areas on the patio that were chipping away. He found the paint to match it, and patched where you can't even tell. Left me the rest of the paint he used for both decks. The cool decking and the patio decking. They were out here two days. Matt called me when he was done and updated me on everything.
