Description of Work: I had them give a bid to repair a leak on my faucet, but decided on another company instead.

Description of Work: The hot water handle in my hall bathroom sink was dripping. I called on a Friday, and asked how much it would cost to have someone come and repair the faucet. The receptionist on the phone was very polite and professional like. She took all the necessary information, asked me to hold while she spoke to her supervisor. After a few minutes she came back with a price, and explained this was the cost of a plumber coming out and to rebuild the faucet. I thanked her for the information. I called back on Monday, reviewed what I needed and the price I was quoted. Nothing had changed. I was told they would have a plumber out to my home, later that morning, to early afternoon. The plumber called to say he was on his way, and would be to my home in about 15 minutes. He arrived within 15 minutes. I showed him the faucet. He looked it over, and explained what he needed to do before beginning the work. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and why.. When the job was finished, the work area was left clean.The charges on the bill were just as I was told, except for a $6.00 charge for the 2 washers that were put on.

Description of Work: Water was leading in our main bathroom but we were unable to find where it was coming from. We called Pasadena Plumbing and Mr. St. Clara made a complete inspection/survey of the leak and advised us after looking inside and outside, that he felt there was a leak under the slab and one behind the wall in the bathroom. They dug under the slap, installed new pipes under the house and behind the wall all the while they were checking on the pipe to be sure everything was in order and holding before refilling the hole. The work was finished the same day. Also, where they had to break the concrete patio porch, they put new concrete back in the area.

Long story short, I had to replumb the story and a half house, from 50+ year-old galvanized while having the HVAC replaced as the main trunks were under the furnace and plenum. Chris met with me for a proposal and to understand the coordination required in order to keep each contractor out of the others way. His proposal sounded too good to be true but after interviewing two others in the area, I was convinced they were using the best PEX product method (the Uponor process) that would be laid into the old galvanized footprint. They took the time fish the new piping into existing holes with only minor sheetrock cutting. They found recent copper line from the meter to the house, and recommend NOT to replace and instantly prorated the contracted price accordingly.
