It was pretty expensive. A lot of the work they did was very good but some of the work they did was not as good. I had some issues with the tile work. Everything else was okay. I would use them again.

It went well. All work finished in 2 1/2 days.

I am very pleased and ready to show my home addition off; which I will do in two days. It took Mr. Garcia longer to finish this addition because of the heavy rains in Austin; but they always found ways to keep the project moving to avoid large delays. Due to the way I was raised, I am very careful about how I spend my money. This project was worth every penny as it is high quality and upgrades my pool view, comfort and probably property value.

Arrived when they said they would. They were very particular about keeping carpeted areas of our home clean from construction materials and foot traffic of workmen. Information of the construction was relayed in detail as it affected the roof line of our home. Attention to detail at the end of construction was superior. Each night the workmen left the area was cleaned was cleaned up and materials were stowed away. The workmen were very courteous and friendly and went out of their way to make the process easy for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Although I had to wait a few weeks for the work to start because he was doing a major job elsewhere, when they did start the work they did an excellent job. William was on the site most days the work was being done and his two workers were highly professional, hard working, and very skilled. After getting to know them a bit we were very comfortable with them coming and going in our house as needed for them to complete the work and they were always friendly and happy to explain what they were doing. We are very pleased with how the repairs and improvements came out and would use them again for future repairs and modifications. I highly recommend them for small, medium, or even large and complex home improvements.

Due to my sliding glass door not benig functional, it has been such a blessing for me to have these gorgeous hand-made (by Mr. Garcia!) mahogony French door. Due to prior work he did for me, he designed the door and installed it with ensuring the alarm company came to prepare the house for security, too. In addition, Mr. Garcia replaced two fixed doors in the front of my house. These doors are also mahogony and really stand out due to their beauty. I am very pleased with these doors, especially with the French doors as they allow another area of my patio to be used a lot easier.

Mr. Garcia and his crew worked diligently, from May 7 to June 24 or around that date, to complete our home improvement project. The workers were prompt and courteous...we are very pleased, with the outcome and give Home Sweet Home an A(excellent rating). We highly recommend Home Sweet Home, for your home improvement needs.

William's crew arrived on time and did very good installing two flagstone walkways and pads at the gates. Their work was excellent with the direction of William whom actually helped in the placement of the flagstone. I have used Home Sweet Home Improvements two other times and have been very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done in a timely manner.

Build was difficult due to existing gravel and low cover. His crew came in at a little after 9am and worked till the job was finished which was a little after 5pm. They built a very sturdy, well designed deck that will last a very very long time, well worth the cost. William and his crew were very professional and courteous, he communicated well, and his crew cleaned the area. I will use Home Sweet Home again and recommend them highly. My puppies have a new home!

The work was very good, but had to file a police report because we have $1500-2000 in coins missing from our home after they left 3/12/14. Satisfied with the work but after work was completed, we were putting the room back together and noticed the coins missing. We looked everywhere for this money as we do not want to falsely accuse someone of stealing this, but it was just my husband and I in the house with these workers.

They were very professional, very prompt and very nice. I went with someone else simply because the price was closer to what I wanted but it was nothing against them. They came out and then they emailed me a bid. They were very prompt and very courteous and very professional. They came out quickly, they made an appointment the first day I spoke with them and they made their appointment and gave me all the information I wanted.

Work will began on Monday 03/03/14. Will update review upon completion of project.

We are currently remodeling our master bath ourselves and discovered that behind the sheet rock, the wood was damaged from water and termites, some was completely missing, and it was not stable. I called him out to give us a quote to replace this wood. He came out and looked at it and said he charges $100/hr and it could take anywhere from 6-8 hours. He did not look closely at the wood, he did not check to see how far the damage went. I was not pleased with the inspection or price at all. We went with another contractor and the work only took 2 hours and that included set up and clean up.

I actually asked for three bids, and he was not the highest one, nor the lowest. The issue was not his work proposal, is that I was not expecting such high prices for mason work (build of an argentinean grill or parrilla). And although we decided to scale down the work (and still waiting for new plans from the architect) I will consult and ask him for a bid. I liked his honesty and friendly manners.

William Garcia was one of 10 contractors that we contacted to provide the work for us in the Spring area. William was the first to return our phone call. We discussed the scope of the project and we were provded with a ball park estimate. We agreed to meet and further discuss what we would like to have constructed in our backyard. We established a date for the meeting. William arrived on time and both he and his vehicle were professionally marked with the name of his company. We agreed on the size of the deck and received a firm quote. Once again William arrived on time and completed the deck in the agreed time frame. The work was high quality. Friendly and professional workers. And we love the deck!!

Home Sweet Home Improvements faxed us a quote for a small thing we were going to have painted, he quoted $3,000.00. No. It was $1,500.00 to do a storage shed and $1,500.00 to do just the front part of my house and most of my house is brick. It wasn't going to require a lot of prep. There was nothing he had to scrap off. It was too much. I could paint it for far less, myself. They were very punctual getting a quote back to me. It was done within 24 hours.

William came out to look at our space and give us a bid for the work. Our situation required William (the owner and project manager) to think outside of the box. All of our electrical wires came into the house via the breezeway that had been installed by the builder. Our HOA has very specific requirements regarding anything that can be seen from the street or our neighbors. I had also seen other projects and knew that he was known for this design work. The project started exactly when they said and finished a little faster than we expected. William was an absolute genius with his idea to hide the electrical lines. He is acts as though he would be living there and will not accept less than high end high quality craftsmanship. If someone did not tell you where our electrical lines were run on our new patio you would never be able to find them. I am more than pleased with the work. I would also highly recommend him to do projects for my friends and family in the future. Please note that William thinks as he goes along and changes small details as he goes along so that his final result comes out better than expected. Also note that on a project this size required him to turn our whole backyard into a construction zone and off limits to our children for 3 weeks. In the end I was thankful for both because my porch turned out better than I had envisioned for myself.

Contacted me very fast but did not go with his company due to his quote was 18,000.00 versus 8,400.00 from other companies. He quoted me for a patio addition without coming to look at the job.

William viewed the job site and recommended a change to roll roofing. He provided a written proposal of the work to be done. They removed the old roof and replaced some rotted fascia and soffit. Next they applied the new roof. The new fascia and soffit were painted to match existing colors. The job site was cleaned up after the work was completed. It took about two and a half days to complete the work.

He had the driveway completed in two days and made sure he had it all done while I was out of town so it would not bother me. I am so thrilled to have this extension as it makes it easier to get out of my driveway. As for the fireplaces, the patio is now a new room for the house, it is made of limestone and has a TV above it. With all the dinner parties I host, I had to have something pleasing to the eye and this fireplace is just that, I get compliments on it with every event. The den fireplace is a work of art, a true masterpiece that I allowed the contractor to create without any direction. He used his worldly travels to inspire the woodwork and marble. If I were this contractor, I would specialize in creating fireplaces for people who want a unique, warm and functional addition to their home.

Promptly provided estimate, plans and permits. Very reasonable price. Performed work as scheduled, cleaned after everyday work, with an outcome of a gorgeous patio cover. Have received many compliments on patio after having a family reunion at our home. Would greatly recommend his services.

I asked him to help me beautify my home and he was ready for the challenge. To save me money, he did the job with no help, which meant he was doing all the labor alone. He didn't mind though as he knew it was better for my budget.

Oscar came by on Thursday to review the job requirements and make an estimate. After acceptance of the estimate, work began on Friday. Most of the work was completed on Friday and the job was totally completed the next week. William came by several times throughout the job to review progress. The siding and some trim boards were replaced and primed and painted to match the existing colors. All scrap materials were removed from the job site. On completion of the job, the area was neat and tidy.

In order to keep my yard from getting full of construction debris and dust, Mr. Garcia constructed the wall off-site. It has passed the neighborhood association's requirement and matches my house so well, it looks like it was part of the house when it was originally built. As for my little dog's ramp, which is right by her doggie door, she has her independence back. Mr. Garcia came up with this idea all on his own once he heard about my sweet baby's plight.
