Description of Work: Came home from work about 6pm Sunday evening to find water dripping from ceiling in the den. Called several ac providers/air-care southeast was the only company with an on-call tech. Tech arrived in about 30min and cleared clogged drain pan in attic in about 15min.

Description of Work: Southeast -Air came out about 8:00 a.m. after a late evening call on June 15, 2011 Capacitor was replaced for $130 and my a/c has been working fine since. Replacing the heating and air this year in my home, and Southest-Air are the first folks I'll call for an estimate.
